Started using your work outs July 1, 2023 and in 15 days the change in my body is so noticeable...I'm 57 and never thought I could tone my body to look like I did in my 20's...don't you stop honey...you have changed my world...xo

@@shreyosiroy4815 Just Maddie... 2x a day sometimes. A little diet change with less carbs...never seen results like this so fast! I did the work but Maddie motivation and training has helped. #teamnodaysoff. I will post my 4 month and 6month results. Ive also lost 6 inches off my waist. 🥰 loving my body!

@@fifidanielle2438 I go hard Everyday! Since starting maybe 5 days off due to low energy and menstruals. I typically will do a 10 to 15 minutes set then come back for a 30. I warm up I stretch issa a whole vibe with Maddie! I am waist training as well. Thanks again Maddie if your reading this. Life changing!
