Eating sweets is not my favorite, but if i take a large portion of them, my blood sugar level rises high. I think it's the high concentration of the glucose flowing into the bloodstream all at once. This is a lesson worth taking note of. This is a great material to learn from.
Do another one of these 30 minutes with dumbells, cool down and warm up please, I love it !

All the exercises in this routine themselves are what could be used to warm up- a bodyweight cardio. A separate warm up is actually pointless.

As some one who has been doing Maddie workouts for over a year, this is hands down the hardest I’ve ever done. Had my heart rate up the whole time and was a killer!

I almost gave up after 15 mins phew but the positive comments I read b4 starting, kept me going. I killed it with a great sweat enjoyed the fact that you adapted different exercises and those burpees were really tough :)

I love the HIIT style full body workouts. As a fitness newbie, these are the BEST! I love that they dont repeat too- that way if I am having trouble sticking out the last few seconds of an exercise, I know it will be gone for good afterwards lol! Your workout vids are my favorite that I have found, thank you for doing this :)
These workouts are great BUT, for someone like myself who has ZERO coordination I spend half of the 45 seconds figuring out what I’m doing. “Bend over, arms, squat, squat, stand up....wait I missed something I forgot to do something with my legs”. I’m gonna need to find workouts the require less coordination but that are just as intense 😂 keep up the good work and theses videos, !

I truly enjoyed this exercise video! I am starting to watch your videos and go to your channel when i want to work out. Your workouts are intense but they make me feel amazing afterwards. Also, I’m a veteran so stretching is everything to me because my body definitely needs it. So your stretches really help! The only constructive criticism I would like to add (if i may) is that for those who do not have weights at home, for that one specific exercise where you do a half burpee and then punch with weights, i would suggest another workout for those who do not have weights or encourage a modified way of doing it. ☺️ Again, i love your videos and plan on watching many more!

I loved this! I've tried many different ones while at home. Yours are quickly becoming favorites! Love the variety of lengths and exercises that you do. You're so calm, form is amazing, and I push myself. But it's doable! My only suggestion- add some modifications.
