30 Min Full Body Resistance BANDS (Beginner Friendly) No repeats

This session will focus on toning and shaping the whole body using long resistance bands. 30 Min Full Body Resistance BANDS workout is beginner friendly and suitable for everyone. Lots of unilateral exercises to create balance and symmetry in the arms, back, chest, glutes and legs. Your warm up is included in this workout and there are no repeats of exercises.
💪🏼 To make the workout more challenging pull the band tighter. Using a 'heavier' resistance band will make the workout harder.
🏋🏼 Bands resistance 'weights'
Purple - (32mm) Heavy Resistance 22kg - 40kg = 31kg
Black - (22mm) Medium Resistance 15kg - 29.5kg = 25kg
Orange - (13mm) Light Resistance 9kg - 17kg = 13kg

27 Min Main Section, 60 seconds on, 20 seconds rest

I had to use a combination of kettlebells, dumbells, and bands because I didn't have the right kind of bands, but this still ROCKED! I'm sweaty, stinky, and sexy thanks to you Roxanne!

Yes you can use dumbbells instead, the seated row will have to be changed to bent over row. ☺
