@@alishaali9724you can not spot reduce fat in one place. But with a slight calorie deficit and increasing daily movement you can lose fat on your whole body. When you train your arms and build muscle, it will be more visible when you lose fat. Eating protein can also help with fat loss, because it is an essential component of muscles. (English isnt my first language, so please excuse my grammar and spelling mistakes 😅)

Rest your leg on a ledge which is a height just above ur waist then take it off and try and keep the same position it helps with balance
I really liked this workout!!! Definitely doing it again because I can’t find videos on YT that are the right exercises for me but this one was perfect!

It’s so wild because I have a specific routine for my week, and it seems every morning when I wake up you have a new video targeting exactly the area I was planning to work out! I love it. Needing to build more strength in my upper body, but still have yet to buy dumbbells so this was super helpful!! 🙏🏼✨❤️

Honestly, unless you're doing super heavy weight dumbbell workouts, a band is going to be a better workout because of the progressive nature of the resistance. As your muscles contract, they become stronger, and as your muscles become stronger the resistance of the band increases. Seriously. Just buy more bands. Wrap them around twice. Add bands together as you get stronger. Even power lifters use bands attached to the base of their power racks to take advantage of the progressive resistance they afford. Bands are easy to travel with. They take up almost no space. And perhaps best of all, they don't need gravity to work! Sorry. Long winded for sure. But you really don't need dumbells for anything under 75lbs! Keep it up!

@@jpmc271 yes! I gave up on dumbells a long time ago because they're expensive to keep up with (for me, at least) and don't travel well. I now keep bands and a jumprope in my gym bag. They're much easier to throw into my trunk and carry back upstairs to my apartment 😄

I love Maddie's videos. I am 59 years old, but my fitness goal is to be able to keep up with Maddie. I have just added resistance bands back to my regimen and this was just what I was looking for. I’m a 45 year old mom who just recently started the process of kicking a 20 plus year cigarette habit, found out that I’m diabetic and have high cholesterol. So in addition to quitting smoking I am drastically changing my eating habits which weren’t totally awful but were certainly not great. I have started walking 2 miles every other day and doing ex cerise’s the other days. This workout was easy for me to follow, I could feel where it was targeted toward. Thank you!

I LOVE this workout! Currently, I am recovering from knee reconstruction surgery (torn ACL and meniscus). So this workout really helps me to continue to work on my fitness and helps to build the upper body strength I need to use the crutches. Thank you!

Here’s the thing. kzread.infoUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y These are not meant to be stretched to 12ft or 14ft or whatever else where you’re a 6ft person, stepping in the band and trying to do standing shoulder presses. If they tear, (assuming they’re not defective) then you’re trying to stretch them way too far. For a full body stretch, bands should be like three feet long, doubled over. Don’t buy the bad press. A fully extended reverse fly is avoid as far as you should stretch these. If it’s too easy, use more than one band at a time.Not rocket science.

hi, I give this kind of exercises to elderly people. Little tip : watch your wrists, keep them flat, not bent. In time this will strengthen them :-)

I love this kind of stuff! I have a tiny, tiny space to exercise in, just enough for a yoga mat with some wiggle room. Plus I live in an old building and any kind of jumping is heard throughout the place.
