30 min. DRUM FIT - for all ages!

I think you will love this 30 minute workout. It's called DRUM FIT. It's a FUN workout where you can sit or stand. You will need a stability ball and something to hit it with (drum sticks, wooden spoons, half noodles). DRUM FIT is not only really fun and easy to follow, but it can help with hand eye coordination, strength, endurance, tone the arms, spatial awareness, and more! Most importantly, I like DRUM FIT because anyone can do it - all ages, levels, and sizes! Enjoy!

    I love the drumming wkout!!! I used 2 play drums in highschool & enjoyed adding some marches & double beats 2 the wkout!! Thx 4 giving us out of the box exercise fun!!! 🥰

    I wasn’t sure I was getting any exercise out of this fun activity UNTIL I did a garage door video right after. My shoulders and upper back felt the drumming.

    plz explain about the half noodles you are suing did you buy them that way or did you just cut them to that size what size noodles are they? Also looking for the 3 legged stool to hold the ball --recovering from a spinal injury so hopefully I can continue doing this exercise. Plz respond Tricia In Hawaii

    You can put them into tall laundry plastic laundry baskets so you can keep it on a stand that way.
