So glad you have made this video. I needed a good stretching routine and this is ideal for me. I havent been following as many work outs as I should because life gets in the way. I tried yoga classes but I have a prolapse and found it aggravated it so had to stop. Thanks Jenny you’re the best.
Great stretching video- thanks for making it, and for sharing it as public. After 48 hours of riding in a car this past weekend, this video helped me stretch some very stiff muscles, esp hip joints. You’re very good at explaining how to do the moves and what’s coming next so that a person doesn’t have to always crane their neck to try and figure out what to do. I don’t like yoga because of the worship aspect of it, so I really appreciated just a nice, thorough body stretch routine. I’ll save this video and return to it again and again.

Hi Jenny, I took a break from your videos and my personal PT for a few weeks. Today I was wondering how to motivate myself, and the first thing I find was this new video!
