Won’t help you sleep if your ear isn’t fixed. If you need help breathing just buy Himalayan salt lamp, you can literally pick one up for like 30$. They are miracle workers. But for ears you’ll need antibiotics if it continues to block up like myself

Have you tried the garlic in your nosestril? Be careful, do not use directly but with tissue paper? Maybe?

Went for my first jog in a whooole while. Stopped my route and turned around headed back to the boat cause my ear was starting to feel sore and I came across toure video.. did you’re technique and the pain/discomfort went away instantaneously thank you Ill remember this next time during my jog

I’ve been dealing with bad sinusitis for over 5/yrs it’s stressful painful very depressing I wish I can have some kind of surgery jus to remove it all I feel like it be in my brain the headaches be so bad omg an nothing helps especially when I eat or drink anything my ears get so clogged up u kno how it feels when u go swimming an get water inside your ears image that but more painful an never go away lord help me out of this situation please 🙏🏽 😢

Sounds like you have food sensitivities, try eliminating dairy or wheat

I wish this cleared my problem completely. Been living in what feels like a bubble in vision and hearing for 2 years and 7 months. 😢 Vertigo, dizziness, and tinnitus all the time, Eustachian tubes hurt sometimes, feel cold and worse when sinuses act up, harder times when I want to cry because it feels like it just stacks up in my head nowadays with this so I avoid crying. Chronic sinusitis signs, never had this bad of problems within my sinuses, inner ear imbalance, etc. My brain gets confused even if things are upside down. 🥺🥺🥺😞

I’m having similar issues as well it’s horrible I went in to the urgent care in northern nv and they basically laughed at me and charged $209 and sent me on my way. Feels horrible

You are 99% correct. It is only rare occasions this takes care of things completely. Most cases will still need help to figure out the root cause of why this is happening in the first place. 👌

Doctor is there lump on your neck on right side nerve where your hand was.

St.Francis ear oil really helped that was how I found out all my problems stemmed from fungus thrush when I healed my lungs, throat, nasal passage of thrush all the tinnitus disappeared/ sugar was making it worse & worse/ it was hard to eliminate ALL sugar but it was what finally tipped the scale for me/ hope that helps someone who also has no healthcare/ even when I had healthcare they directed me to answers that involved sugar keeping me sick.

3 months without sugar( of course I miss things) I have had less ear pain, less fog in my thinking, no swooshing sounds in ears(I rub Sulphar8 in & around my ear it really helped to. I was ready to try anything. Probiotics worked well too, also working on ridding body of Candida hear has improved too.

I wonder if jumping on a trampoline would help this. I was brought up thinking that jumping helped move lymphatic system?

It can help move the lymph. In fact movement in general is how we mechanically pump lymph through our body. That being said this tends to work exponentially quicker and more effectively 👍

Softly. There should be no contraindications but if you’re uncertain it’s best you check with whom ever you see locally such as your Primary doctor.

It is one of many things that can be a potential cause of tinnitus. If you notice when you ear feels more full that the tinnitus increases as well then the likelihood is much higher

Shouldn’t be any reason you can’t. I would also look into a chiropractor that specializes in pediatrics in your area. They can be really helpful if your kid suffers from reoccurring infections.
