You have another video on clearing sinuses. That hands down Works. I’m often up in middle of night struggling with sinuses stuffed up. Now, half asleep or not, I rub the back bottom of my ears; drainage 💯🙌🏻

I could only do this for a short time due to having relapsing polychondritis (inflammation of the cartilage), but even a short time my ears popped immediately. Thank You!! ❤

Thank you so much Dr. I went for this problem to the ENT and they wanted me to go onto steroids! I said no. Then they wanted me to take allergy medicine every day and I really just wanted something natural. So thank you so very much ❤!
