I’m struggling with what I thought was indigestion cuz I have no pain with food I just feel like when I eat and at times I regurgitate food and throwing up some helps so now I def know it’s a sign of heartburn. I am pregnant and I feel like that’s gotten worse so I eat smaller meals and it does help a bit but I do still feel like I burp a lot lol

Pregnancy can definitely make things more uncomfortable! If you experience extreme pain, we recommend speaking to your physician so you can have the most comfortable pregnancy possible.
