While you made this video for students, as someone who is experiencing these symptoms, this was really helpful. Thank you!

Great video! Quick note in practice the initial head turn to the left or right depends on which side the othilith is located at presentation.
Was struggling a lot with this topic, thanks so much for explaining it really well man
Awesomeness ! Simple and straight to the point 👌🏻 Thank You !!!
Wish I saw this 6 years ago when I first started having problems with my ear. Balance, dizzy, fullness in the ear. Been to many ENT'S, no one could help. Been on the internet looking for help on my own. This was very informative & maybe will help a little. Big thanks !!!

Curcumin+black seed oil to just increase the dopamine level so the blood can perfuse than not to infarct.
Thank you so much!! This video has been super helpful during clinical rotations🙌

I'm pretty sure that one person who disliked this video had BPPV while watching this video and accidentally hit the dislike instead of the like! Another great explanation! cheers DU!

Very informative talk thankyou
Thanku so much, it was great☺️😍
thank you so much
Had a heavy cold for past week, streaming nose and this morning I blew it and had the most horrendous vertigo sensation. It freaked me out, however good old Dr YT to the rescue! I believe I have a mild case of labyrinthitis, don’t think I have an infection just excessive inflammation. I shall rest and take some natural anti inflammatories and I’m guessing it will pass as Iget better from the cold. Thanks so much for making this highly informative video, much appreciated.

Hopefully you will learn about referrals to vestibular rehab in your rotations. PTs that specialize in treating vertigo and disequilibrium.

Great!
Wonderful
Excellent Presentation. Loved Stone Cold's Pay Per View & Men get STV's
Thank you...this assumes the otolyth is in the posterior canals and doesn't tell us which ear...So I would like to know how to diagnose which canal? What are the signs that determine whether the otolyth is in right or left anterior, posterior or horizontal canal?
Wow you are amazing
excellent
Thanks! Can you get both at the same time??
P.s. loved your video
Yes it is helpful 🤗
What is the purpose of the Otolith stones in the Utricle? What normally keeps them from going into the canals? What causes them to go into the canals? Is there one canal that they are more likely to go into?
Hey, great video. I have a lowish yield video that I think would be a nice to make. Would make a video on sterilization techniques, infectious precautions, and just random micro stuff like that? I always seem to get at least 1 question on each nbme about this stuff and it's hard to find a good resource on it. Thanks!
Meniere's mnemonic for Indians is TVS(motorcycle company).
Good information sir. Plz make a vedio on types of bppv I mean depending on semicircular canals. N how to diagnose which canal n which ear is affected. N what eples correction is to be done.
Which side head turned first? If test positive for right.
Do you have anything for the cerebellum
nice!
You're ma man!
would add that labyrinthitis and vestibular neuritis can be differentiated with hearing loss (based on what i've seen on banks) vestibular neuritis NO hearing loss labyrinthitis has hearing loss both are post URI, constant vertigo, n/v, tinnitus
I have been suffering from peripheral vertigo my issue though is I received a tympanoplasty when I was 9 I am now 29 and it's starting to fail due to outgrowing. What would be a good way to treat?
Which Dr to see for dizziness
Meclizine is not the only medicine for BPPV. There is also betahistine
Does doing mri see if it is cause by inflammation? What test that can see if it is cause by inflammation
PLEASE do a video on brainstem nuclei!!!
Also "men" do more alcohol and cocaine so -increased fluid In the cochlea- which is thought to occur in Ménière disease
i think u have to know first which canal you had a problem before u do any maneuver
I hav vertigo I’m taking betahistin 24 mgs as needed only I’m 63 I hav experienced 2x only but it took years bfor it happen again I had dis room spinning 2x but d interval it took me yrs bfor it happened again I don’t vomit after d room spinning I’m fine in a few minutes so I hav to go to an EENT THANKS
my mother succesfuly clear meuniere problem with acupucture
Please do a video on Excitation contraction coupling and power stroke. Also it'll be nice if there are videos for neurotransmitters and their synthesis

He did it in eating disorder video! Very well done!
👌
Super high yield
good, but what is nistagmo
Does this cause passing out without knowing its gonna happen.?
I was having a severe headache and when I turn my head left I feel very dizzy and lead to vomit.
I went walk in clinic for vertigo and the doctor in turn send me to the ER hospital after CT scan EKG and a very expensive bill send me to my primary doctor that prescribe Sudafed and allergy pills and a pamphlet información about Epley maneuver 5 months later this thing doesn't want to go away once in awhile it gets me but I know now how to deal with it
What Does it means when you do the dix hallpike but they feel the spinning sensation but there is no eye movement on the patient?

Frenzle goggles with video record may assist. Potentially nystagmus is habituated or able to use environment to stabilize gaze. Key note is length of time symptoms persist I feel.
Do videos for pediatric surgery please ♥️♥️
what if you don't observe nystagmus, but reproduce positional vertigo?
@ctheivagt

Global Family nystagmus may be imperceptible to the naked eye in many cases. Videonystagmogram testing can detect these subtle movements.
