Now that would be sick. Thor has the natural athleticism and the work ethic and the competitive inner drive it takes. Only thing I'd think would be hard for him would be any record that would involve the repaired pec tear. But if anyone can make it happen...it's Thor. He's friggin amazing.

8:40 The WR on this is 465 (1,025) by Jerry at 2016 ESM, Hafthor. Both Benni and Eddie wore a suit and Jerry didn't. Jerry also used only Fig 6 straps. So if you can beat that number from Jerry at the SMOE, you will earn the WR on the Strongman Standard bar Raw DL as well in addition to the DL ATWR and Elephant bar Raw DL WR you are already holding! Back in the day when I was in middle school (long time ago) some of my friends were talking about proteins and bulking or so one day. They were talking about drinking eggs, so I asked them why. One of them said something along the lines of because it needed to be liquid and also only the eggwhite counts, not the yellow. So for like 10-15 years or longer perhaps I thought that was the only way bulking was done, plus I also saw it later somewhere where bodybuilding were drinking damn eggs in the morning. Until maybe 10y ago or so I found out that none of that is true at all.

I think you will have to get a heavier stone built towards the latter stage of the prep... Also, we all know the weight of the final stone at the comp, but do you know the weight of the one before the last? I think it will be the most important stone when it comes to securing points and separating from the rest of the pack.

11:48 Dear Thor I hope this comment finds you. When it comes to the Keg toss/ Any type of weight over bar event, you are the undisputed GOAT. The only WR you are not having at the moment is the 15 kg keg for height WR, which you held twice in the past when you cleared 7.10m (2015 GL Sweden/ Scandinavian open) and 7.15m (2016 WSM, group 3) *both with enormous clearance over the bar.* True that Brian broke it on the same day (2016 WSM, next group) and now it has been surpassed 4 more times at 2021 WSM (Konstantine 7.26, Maxime and Tom 7.50 and Brian where the current WR stands at 7.75). But don't forget that you hold the WRs in 12.5 kg Keg (8.54m), 25 kg Keg (6.0m), Highland games one arm WOB at 20ft 3 in, David Webster memorial WOB at 19ft and Max Sandbag over bar (45kg over 15ft) in addition to the Phenomenal 8 x 18-24kg kegs over 4.9m in 16.35sec WR keg toss run from 2014 WSM. If there's anyone who can break it it's definitely you. If you are challenged, just go for it with the 15 kg keg at the SMOE. According to my visual calculations you surpassed the current WR height in both your 7.10 and 7.15 clearances from back in the day. They were way way over the bar.

Paused deadlifts are hard, especially more than 4 reps. 4 reps is not too bad but still harsh if it's a challenging weight.
