@@pharmztko a man that's 6 4 can grip a basket ball easier to Kam it then a man that's 6 foot 2 . The 6 foot 4 man has longer feet arms fingers toes and has an advantage on jumping . The 6 foot 2 guy can verily grip the ball and might even lose controll on the jump even if he can jump higher then the taller 6 foot 4 man . @@pharmztko so what's my point ? If the 2 men had a smaller easy to grip basket ball we see who is the highest best jumper . If the bars had a thiner grip more men would lift them . If Bryan had shorter hands he be average out of the group

The fact that Brian is able to lift 316.3 pounds off the ground with one hand is just unreal…. 14:20

Not just 320ish lbs but on a Thomas 1" handle dumbell. I think if it were a regular 350lb dumbell, he could lift i, but the fact of the grip strength included is wild.
@bradprovick453

Its ALL about the diameter of the handle. With a regular 1" handle, every gym in North America would have at least one guy who could lift 315 like that.

@@urkryptoknight6793 There really is nothing "One Inch" about any of the dumbells. It is the name of the dude who made them popular, and the Inch-likes are all 2 3/8 inches. This one is thinner than that, or Brian would top at maybe 260 of a dumbell, but that is IMO generous for a really good, no-slip, "dominant" lift. Even 250 with 2 3/8 could be too much.

I love how you're still giving back Brian. Then the respect these guys have to still want to come and train with you is crazy! Love to see it!
I love seeing all of you guys training together!! I'm looking forward to the Shaw Classic.

B, any chance you do a something with grippers like CoC just for comparison? I think it would be cool to see how the dumbell strength translates to grip poundage.
Man, this is the kind of video I love to see. Lifting that mug is interesting. My brother can lift something like that no problem, but for me it's very difficult...well in theory. My brother randomly lifted a 40lb+ 4" round bar the other day and held it out like a gallon of milk..
