I think that's lighter than Eddie which is hilarious: Eddie has a 3 year weight loss journey to be in 'bodybuilding shape' . And thor loses more weight in 7 months.
@kurt9034

@@benextinction__144 just my opinion but being super big and strong is part of Eddie's ego and Thor just wants to be as good as he can in whatever he wants to acheive. The massive size was what he needed for WSM and now he doesnt.

@@kurt9034 yeah I agree with you, im just saying that it is really illogical by eddie considering they are training for a boxing match and really need to slim down. Eddie is still very heavy and the fact thor is now lighter than Eddie speaks volumes to me about their attitudes towards the fight

CONGRATULATIONS ON HAVING A SON... ITS GREAT TO SEE YOU HEALTHY... FIT... AND ENJOYING YOUR LIFE... TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AND FAMILY 👏👏👏👏 WISH YOU THE BEST 👏👏👍
Actually you're looking really good . Many times we see the strongmen look unhealthy after all their competitions due to they just want to give themselves a break and think they'll trim up later . You really give proper strength training a good name by continuing to take care of yourself . A credit to your sport and yes , i watched the true deadlifting world record holder break the 500kg barrier , 501kg will stand a lot longer i guarantee it . You could have done 20 or 30 more kg i bet that day . You did it the right way , and i wish you and your family all the best in the future . All the way from Glencoe Ontario Canada .

*Wow, I was so excited that I would be lifting 501kg in 3 months and then he just laughed in my face.*
Thanks for your deadlift tips. I always try to learn correct techniques from champions and try to implement to improve my results. Rolling weight towards a body is a very interesting technique very uncommon with conventional powerlifters. You are very tall and living proof that taller lifter can be successful in deadlift. Proper technique helps in avoiding unnecessary injuries. I hope people pay attention to your tips and learn how to lift like a champ. We can always improve our personal results.
What an excellent tutorial!

@RaozSkillz But Thor has never done competitive weightlifting, how can he return?
@GODOFHELLFIRE3
3 жыл бұрын
@RaozSkillz Oh yeah, Eddie lifted that shit like a broomstick! He COULD have lifted more ... but he didn't. The record is for 'heaviest axel pressed overhead' - not 'heaviest axel that someone reckons they could have pressed overhead, several years ago, if they'd really gone for it'. That's the point that people are missing. It's like when Eddie said how he could have pulled a 550kg deadlift 'if he'd actually cared' - until he does it, that's all empty words. He's just saving face - and it's that kind of vain refusal to admit defeat that makes it very difficult for me to like him.
I’ve never had problems with my back from deadlifting either. The thing that I can recommend is that the exercise is a leg exercise before it is a back exercise. The initial movement should be you pushing the weight of the ground before you use your posterior chain to get upright.
Can't wait to put these tips into practise and go from 175kg to 501.
Thank you for the tips, I’ll be putting these to use💪👍 when I go for your record in about 10 years😂
The secret tip was explosive but seriously all good tips especially the one on shoulder placement.
