Both parents and 3 siblings died of cancer and cancer treatment. I started fasting immediately when I found a breast lump 4 years ago. It was stage 1, grade 2, hormone sensitive. The tumor started to shrink. I had surgery but no drugs or other treatment. My doctor recommended a hormone blocker and radiation. Due to my family history of dying very sick in hospitals, I declined this treatment. I'll be continuing to fast a couple times a year or more. The side effects are staying slim and healthy, at home with hair! I'll be 66 years old in 2 months I have no problem water fasting for 2 days, then my blood pressure and heart rate go crazy, maybe electrolyte imbalance???? In any case, I always stay home, avoid strenuous activity and monitor my BP and heart rate. This is where the FMD helps tremendously! No doctors near me support this approach. I am so thankful for all this great information! My experience is , be on a keto or low carb diet for a week of so before the fast, hunger wont be an issue. Sure, there will be some discomfort, nothing compared to hospital stays, drugs, going bald and vomiting for days. if I die at home, at least I won't be robbed of enjoying my last days on earth.

I have done FMD every 6 months since learning about it. It’s fascinating I watch teaching videos while fasting. It’s not fun but only 5 days….. remain healthy and hope to maintain

Regarding the safety concerns that are brought up: there are actually safety studies done by several clinics and researchers (e. g. Drs. Goldhamer and the Buchinger Specialists) that specifically adress - and mostly debunk these issues!

One of the hottest and smartest scientists out there is taking a hiatus from his KZread podcast. ✨🤯 Hopefully, you’ll be back soon! ✨🤩 I think HVMN should consider different type of video content that can be produced by a third party on a weekly basis, that still puts forward some of this important science. I have been taking KetonIQ daily for around 10 months and i cant live without it! I think more eduction is needed globally and it’s probably best if the marketing is delighted to a third part provider that isn’t needed in the lab for research and development…
