My brother does competitive triathlons, he says a marathon is harder than a full iron man. He says because you're so close do being done mileage wise once you get to a marathon in an iron man that psychologically its easief. At least for him. So your take makes sense.🤷♂️
Know how I know the 5k is easier than a marathon? Because I don’t see a shit ton of Kenyans who would eat these guys for breakfast in the 5k
