As a former competitive figure skater who struggled with body image and chronic injuries, I fell in love with low-impact “flow” type workouts, like Pilates and barre. Yay I found a beginner's Pilates video that I enjoy even though it's challenging
I havent worked out in over 3 years but ive recently found out about pilates so i decided to give it a try: Im going to be honest i didnt finish everything and even skipped some really hard exercises. Ive never felt energized after a workout but today i did. I look forward to my progress and maybe one day i can do this workout from start to finish :)! ♡ loved the cool off ending period. im proud of myself!

I tried this workout after taking two weeks break on holiday, and it was a great way to reintroduce working out to my routine :) it’s not too difficult, but just difficult enough that you feel the burn and your muscles can start adjusting again!! I love everything about this workout/video/instructor. Its peaceful, calming, relaxing, clear to follow, easy to hear. I love that there is no music! After a few weeks of doing this my body has muscles and strength it didnt have before. I am able to do almost 100% of the moves all the way. progress is an amazing feeling and consistency the best reward.

New favorite routine to get me through!!!! I knew this would be it when sis started pounding those glutes✨✨✨ the way you walk us through is completely feeding my ADHD brain enough so I’m able to allow my body to train slowly enough to have good form. Loved the positive affirmations at the end !! I saved this months ago and spent 30 mins looking for this program so aligned 🙏🏽

First time I try one of your vids and I loved it! I’ve only been doing Pilates for the past two weeks so I found this pretty difficult but I’m proud of myself for finishing it! I had to pause the video 6-7 times to catch my breath but I had so much fun!!! I hope I become better soon!

I love this girl so much! Everything about her videos is amazing! She doesn’t put on a fake show like other people, she’s actually happy not fake scary happy! And her videos are so easy to follow the way she does them! She’s got me excited to do these!!! So far the 7 min abs is my favorite

First time trying this and I'm pretty sure I did everything wrong lol but it was fun trying something challenging, all the others I've tried to follow don't really explain or talk in their vids so it's much easier to follow u and listen to the positive things u say, last relaxing thing we did my legs wouldn't stop shaking but I'm sure it's just cuz I'm not used yet

love this but I feel like im pulling something in my left glute when im doing the right leg moves and vise versa. Is it because im not keeping a neutral back? I kept trying to stay on top of it but I just kept pulling the muscle more. I probs just need to stretch before hand maybe?

It's completely normal to feel a burn on the "non working" side because it is working to stabilize you. I recommend shifting more weight into the working side and pressing downwith the working side hand. If it's a pull then stretch and take breaks as needed!
