Hi Callie, I have been feeling so guilty about not having anytime the past month with finishing university, moving into a new flat, graduating and starting my new job within three weeks. I’ve been feeling really down and self conscious about my body and decided today was the day to start doing something about it. You’re amazing and made me feel so worthy of every with all of the affirmations you said throughout the work out. I definitely happy cried a few times throughout this workout as I feel I can be worthy because I showed up for myself. I shall watch your videos for the rest of time. I am a forever sweaty. Xxxx
