    I’m a weight lifter girly I love it so much, however lately it’s been so hard for me to get up and workout and I’ve just been very low energy for such a long time now, your Pilates workouts are a lifesaver for me to actually get up and move my body and try something new❤

    Here’s what I did today: wake up at 1:30 am and go back to bed at 1:50am then wake up AGAIN around 3-4 am, then get jumpscared by an alarm at 7:00am, go back to sleep and wake up at 8:46 am. then eat fruit, take some Advil and lay on the couch watching a movie.

    I will be frank, I was sceptical to do this workout. Usually lazy girl workouts make me feel like I wasted my time because even tho I'm tired, they don't make me feel anything but this one was very good! It was just as much as I needed and I even had to push myself a bit cos the abs where a bit hard but it felt good after. I love that you cheer us and gave affirmations. Thank you!
