    This was my first workout in years, I decided that I wanted to try to regain my strength, and the self-love talk throughout was so lovely! I ended up crying at the end, it was such a beautiful reintroduction into moving my body to just make myself feel good. Thank you so much! ❤

    I would consider myself as a really fit person, I tried Pilates the first time and I am surprised I felt my abs and my glutes burn that much, I LOVED IT! I will continue to use your video as my morning routine :) Exited to do more advanced ones when I am ready for them :D

    This was my first workout in about 7 months, im usually consistent for 6 months then fall off for 6 months so and so and this was perfect for getting me back into fitness again! Thank you!

    @@kylaliz you have the have a balanced diet. meaning you shouldn't just eat greens cuz u most likely will binge on sweets. so I recommend doing 80/20 (80=healthy 20= not so healthy.) and avoiding fried foods. Get enough sleep and stay hydrated! Hope this helps:)

    @@kylaliza safe calorie deficient can be helpful. it’s risky as ppl do tend to get too restrictive. i personally don’t actually fully count, just get a general idea. i also practice intuitive eating which has helped me a lot when determining if i’m hungry or just bored. as for other exercises, walking on the tredmil for just an hour has helped me tremendously.

    Literally found myself tearing up doing this workout!! I needed these affirmations. I’ve been very extreme with workouts (either not working out at all and self-sabotaging or working out way to hard and punishing myself). I’ve been looking for workouts that feel kind to my body but also motivate me to push myself. I haven’t realized how long it’s been since I’ve said good things over my body. I’m really excited to make these videos a part of my daily routine. I think they’re going to increase my mental and emotional health, as well as physical. Thank you so much. ❤️

    I hate exercising, but I love how it makes me feel. Things I love about this video: there's music which sets the mood, clear instructions throughout, short exercises that eliminates frustration, and mostly the positive self-talk. I never experienced such a combination in an exercise video before.❤

    I used to be a gymnast and then I developed an ED and lots of anxiety towards exercise, so I stopped moving. I am now 5 days into doing this routine everyday and your positive comments really help get the stress away and make me just concentrate on how amazing I am feeling!     This was amazing, I went to the pilates studio often and it was so expensive and the moment I realized I can be doing these movements right at home for FREE was amazing and today was my first time and It feels so good. Not too much but just enough to feel the effects on my body. Thank you🥰

    I will do this for a month will update Day 1. I tried another beginners workout yesterday and it was very hard so I thought badly about myself for finding a beginners mode hard but doing this made me feel better and I will probably follow ur workouts from now on :) Day 2. Felt better than yesterday, my bum hurted all night but will continue, made me feel relaxed and my stomach feels tighter SPOILER ALERT : basically I got bored after like day 10 of doing it and I switched to another of her workouts and it worked a lot better for me

    ive had to be mostly sedentary for just nearly 2 years now because of needing to heal from surgeries and health issues ive been dealing with. im not fully healed but im close enough i want to finally start trying to work out and reconnect with my body. theres been such a strong disconnect and i havent felt like myself for a very long time. this workout was very difficult for me and i was feeling really upset about it wanting to just give up really early on because ive lost so much flexibity, muscle, and endurance :( but your positivity helped me see it through and like another commenter i cried by the end 😭😭 but im going to try to stick to this and start with a couple or few days a week.

    I think the most challenging part of your workouts is saying the positive affirmations. I'm pretty defeated by something that happened recently, and I definitely didn't believe the affirmations as I was saying them, but I still felt a little better afterword. Your videos are really two workouts in one! Thank you for making us say them.

    This was amazing. No equipment, can do it at home, after 10 months post partum I was struggling to find a workout that would work for me. Pilates might just be my new favorite exercise. This was my day 1 and I feeling so good it wasn't to much but more of a workout than I expected. Subscribed!

    @@lolliemay9659 a lot more energized honestly. I've tried other work outs of hers like longer ones, but I can't finish them without breaks lol. The 15-20 min are perfect for now still challenging for me, but I can feel myself getting stronger and some workouts are a bit easier now. I try to do at least 3 work outs a week. my jeans are fitting better, still a little tight lol and over all I managed to keep off 4 lbs so far (which may not be much but its progress). I enjoy doing these pilates because unlike other workouts I've done this to me is relaxing and doesn't feel so much like a chore or a task to get done.

    I’ve been doing this for 2 days and oh boy it’s hurts I will keep updated but I see no results test but I know it takes time. This really works on legs and glutes and I’m so happy I found this

    Day 3 of doing your workouts and they were exactly what I was looking for! Just enough challenge with resting in between so that I don't get overwhelmed and push my body beyond what it's ready for.

    I'm trying to find a type of workout which makes me happy and I thought I would try pirates. Your video seemed interesting to I decided to follow it. I wasn't expecting much but I'm so glad I found your channel. I will definitely follow more of your videos. I really enjoyed this. Also the self love talk in between was amazing. Edit: Normally when I lie down my lower back hurts for a long time until I turn to the right but after I did this workout I lied down and I barely felt any pain maybe only for a few mins and the next day I did this workout again and I felt pain for only a few second. Today is the third day I did this workout and it is already helping me.

    I do national level water polo and boy.. this workout had me going 🥵 I consider myself a fit person but I am so glad I tried this out LMAO! Got my holiday in 2 weeks and just wanna get a toned stomach so thank you !

    After this workout (which is my first time trying Pilates) I subscribed. The affirmations is what kept me going. I thought I was fit but then I realized I’m not as mobile as I thought I was. Love everything about your channel. !

    This was such a lovely workout. I have been in a bad place mentally for a while now and have gained so much weight, but I got motivation to do a workout today and I’m so glad I did. I love how you take a moment to stretch out while saying affirmations. I’m trying to heal myself so telling myself I am beautiful and I can do this made me very emotional.     Recovering from cdiff and leaky gut so can't do anything too hard. My doctor recommended pilates and it's a challenge without it causing my inflammation! Love your videos!
