Missing the Pilates reformer? This 22 minute Pilates sequence with a foam roller is the next best thing. Follow along with Brian Spencer from East River Pilates as he moves through this workout that will use a foam roller to add instability just like a reformer. But that's not all!     The last exercise looked good. I am not sure how necessary the roller was for the rest of the session (exception of the bridging)
