It's also a great idea to run the sled slam on the brakes, run the sled slam on the brakes several times and then retorque.

Pretty sure there is a new “assembly bolt” you use to torque the clutch onto the crank that gets torqued to 140 lbft and the remove it and install the T60 bolt torqued to 110 like you did. Also I recommend rechecking the torque of the bolt after you start it to make sure it stayed tight. Thanks for the video!

Do you know where you get this install bolt or assembly bolt? I have searched and called a couple dealerships with no luck in finding it. My plan is to pack an extra clutch bolt, since there have been so many failures, but I think i need this instal bolt.

@@SeanChumaIt’s available from Polaris, but backordered until late April. Part number 7520950.

Lapping that clutch to the shaft is a great idea. Polaris's clutches are not fitting very well at all
