I just bought a 2020 general XP4 6 days ago I got 12 hours on my bike and my belt is rubbing the Clutch housing What do you think the problem is

Idk if its because you have a different belt, i have oem. But my belt looks more loose than yours. I was also able to put the belt around the secondary b4 i put it back on.

Nothing to release, sounds like corrosion between shaft and clutch , no easy way to get it off, use the handle for a hammer to put behind it and pry it, rotate in neutral or park and pry a bit.

I have a 2019 xpTurbo. Anyway you could let me know what will be different for me to remove my primary and secondary? I appreciate your time and all your videos btw!

We have videos to take your primary I’ll find the pool or on our website or search our page here for how to pull up clutch is off I think I have two videos I’m at my farm so I can’t do it for you and very little service but I’m pretty sure we have videos or email me todd@hunterworks.com if you can’t find it now pulling them out to you tomorrow

I’m struggling with mine. My impact won’t break the 15mm lose.

I put the venom secondary on my 2020 ranger 1000 sohc do i need a specific washer or just use the bolt? The old washer and shims don’t seem to work. Thanks

I do not know, we do not sell that clutch so I am not sure what is needed. WE have a plan for it down the road

What do you do if you don't have an impact wrench? Trying to loosen the bolt with a socket and ratchet don't work

No it is not, must not had it seated right or the spider got caught on something then let loose

Can you do a video on a 2015 secondary? Xp1000. Do you sell a complete rebuild kit for it?

It is basically the same, remove bolt slide off. We offer secondary outside rollers and a HD dampener for it anything you should buy a new one and we have that too.

@@jimmyfkee1 Get a bigger impact. I have never ran into one that would not come off. Milwaukee 1/2" impact zips them off

How do install a belt on a 2011 800 without the external rollers?

No good way, search it on you tube, we never did a video on it

So that 15mm bolt is going through the clutch and being threaded into the transmission shaft? I’m curious on exactly how the secondary is being held to the shaft.

I ordered one from ebay and it has a tip on back secondary clutch and it said for 2016 to 2020 mines an 18 can I use the Other kind

No measurement or anything, just by looking the wear and deciding when too much is enough.

Is what a problem, this is how to remove a secondary

The bolt on my secondary likes to come undone

The secondary clutch moves when I try and take the bolt off

No, sounds like the secondary is turning on the shaft somehow, better look at the spider inside and the splines on the shaft
