I have the MS 950s model, also not a single issue so far, it's a great bike, and would purchase another in a heartbeat.

I Bought a Ducati 950 s ,Love the Bike does it al ,l fast and even ,slow riding touring and a litle offroad adventures ,Had to lower the suspension a little bit ,you can also set the lowering height down a bit on thet tft screen ,Changed the Wind Screen for a Givi wide screen ,No buffeting ,al that is a mild irritation is vibes under the seat and gets a little hot in town on the rear engine cylinder & brake pedal is a bit tucked in Otherwise Ducati Worcester is The A Team .

Check your manual both gear change and foot brake are full adjustable 👍

I test rode one last week and found the wind noise and helmet buffeting above 60 mph unacceptable. Otherwise a great bike with a great engine.👍

That depends on your own height and the quality of your helmet. I’m 1,87m tall and with my quiet Schubert C3 Pro, the wind noise isn‘t a problem at all. (Windscreen in highest position)

Did I miss the parts where you spoke about the suspensions? Thats supposed to be the most amazing part of the bike, yet all the reviews I see there's barely any mention of it. Thanks.

It has the Skyhook electronic adjustable suspension. Probably one of its biggest features over the standard 950.

great review, sounds like you dont need a 1260, the 950 is plenty torquey

I have ridden both and certainly had more fun the 950.

Sadly the switches aren't actually backlit. There's an illuminated surround, but the button themselves are completely solid, so no light comes through. It's completely stupid.

Can I have it as a starter bike?

I wouldn't recommend this a first bike if you haven't ridden other big bikes before.

@@Me-br9er I just got the Ducati Multistrada 950 S SW yesterday. My previous bike I "learned" on was a Huskqvarna 701 Enduro. Mind you I have a rather very long history of motorbikes but purely offroad, 500's with motocross/supercross time, not pro just as a hobby. Things about this bike, I live in the US, Arizona, where our highways are 75mph+, I find the Ducati very enjoyable, and coming from the 701 the wind isn't bad, but there is some wind around the helmet. I'm used to wearing headphones (that work somewhat as decibel decreasers) and it is loud but I rode 300 miles straight yesterday in 105°F. This bike is warm but not as warm as my 701 was with the stock exhaust, my guess most of the heat coming up (notice it after you stop for a bit) is from that huge catalytic converter, thankfully my county isn't stupid so I can get rid of that). Suspension is amazing, but again, I am coming from the motocross world and the 701 so it seems really nice to me. I'm 49 years old, 6'1" and 225 pounds in pretty good shape. I love the bike, it is amazing, super fun. The fit and finish on mine is top notch, the bikes are put together at a dealership, so if you see people commenting about it being poorly put together avoid those shops.
