My BBK headers cracked after year and a half and BBK will not stand behind them, because after one year, their warranty is done. I was told by BBK that they have redone the headers because of the issue. I wouldn’t spend my money on something a company will not support issues with their manufacturing.

Low range gains are good for work / everyday vehicles

Two weeks in and my BBK headers split down a runner. BBK wants me to jump through hoops to replace, no thanks.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT waste your money on BBK shorty headers for your RAM 1500 5.7 Hemi. Ordered a set that cracked within the first six months of basic daily driving. BBK sent a replacement set and guess what... They also cracked after only a few months.

Are the fit and finish good? Or junk? I've heard rumors...also, what's the bump in power?

I have the aggressive rough country cat back and when I went to these shorties from stock my exhaust is at least 25% quieter. Why would that be?

Would these fit a 2020 ram 1500 classic?

I put mine this week, it feel little more powerful, but my mpg is going down 14.5. Before was 16-18.

How are they holding up

No. It’s just to keep them looking nice and shiny while their on the vehicle.

Will they fit the stock exhaust? Referring to the stock inner and outter dimensions. Thank you.

Yes

Not CARB Certified. These headers are not currently CARB certifiied. CARB EO is pending; these parts cannot be shipped to California or any other state that adopts California emissions standards.

Would I need to get my truck tuned if I get headers?

Since these are shorty tuned-length headers that work with your factory catalytic converters, you will not need to get your truck tuned to run these! If you were to go with long tubes or an offload setup however, I would highly recommend a tune as to not damage your motor. Thanks for watching! -Zach

Classic is same as 2018.

I'm assuming they fit just havnt looked at the bolt pattern to make sure the heads werent changed. No website I have been to says they fit

Least reliable, hit and miss cracked welds. Do better BBK!!
