20 Minute TRX Core & Cardio Workout
(Skip to 2:14 to bypass intro)
This 20 Minute TRX workout is designed to strengthen your core and get your HR rate up. During the cardio portions, other upper and lower body muscle groups will be targeted as well as the core. The first 10 exercises will be performed for one minute each with 15 seconds to recover in-between. During these 15 seconds I will provide a demo of the upcoming exercise. The final 6 minutes will be a core blast where we will go 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off. If you would like an extra challenge, hold a forearm plank during the recovery : ) I will again demo the upcoming exercises during the recovery. Set the strap to mid-length for the first ten exercises, and then we will change it for the final 6 minutes of work. Besides your suspension trainer, you will also need a mat. The first exercise is your warm up exercise and it will be performed on the knees. If this causes any discomfort in your knees, please double or triple roll your mat to provide yourself some extra cushion and comfort.
