TRX Kick Ass 'N Abs Workout

This TRX workout is all about the ass and abs! :) Ten moves alternating your "back-side" and "front-side" using a 30/15 interval. All moves executed from from the floor- just make sure you're comfortable getting your heels and toes in and out of the cradles! This circuit moves quickly and is sure to challenge everyone no matter your fitness level. You can always go back to a basic move if you're struggling with the more advanced options. Try to hang in for all three rounds and finish strong!

    Thank you so much for this video ! I used the bands for the first time yesterday for abs & it went great ! I had surgery so i have lots of scars from my incisions on my abdomen so it’s been really hard to work abs without hurting myself. I took it slowly and was able to do a few of the easier moves from this video and it was amazing ! I feel fantastic ! Thank you for your hard work in making this video!

    i finish all round after two weeks trying ( my first two weeks i can only do half, and die afterwards)>.< so proud of what my body can do now.. you just gotta keep pushing !!!

    You make this stuff look too easy! I have a TRX and know that those moves, especially the pendulum swing move, is hard as heck to pull off. Good job though, maybe I will get there someday!

Thank you for showing me how to properly get my feet into the straps from being on the floor, because the way that I did it, it was just short of horrible next to time consuming Lol. You made it simple and even though using the straps is a tough workout still I can't wait to try to put them on my feet the way that you've shown me. Thank you so much for this!     Thanks again Marsha, did a 30 min Nate Bower heavy bag workout before your workout. Lets say its shower time for this girl then off to work. Always a great way to start the day off by working out.

    Hi Marsha, I do the Kick Ass n Abs routine quite often but have a question about a move. The move with a foot in both cradles, pushing up on hands...the only muscles I feel I'm using are my triceps. I double-checked your form and I seem to be doing it right. I don't feel this in my butt or abs. Do I need to scoot back farther? Can you help?

    Generally speaking the weaker, smaller muscles will feel it first. You're definitely using the triceps for support so you're quite right about feeling it there. But I definitely also felt my glutes and hammies working. Keep working on strengthening your triceps so you can work your lower body more intensely. :)

    I just bought the TRX...I've taken a few classes...since I'm now going to go with the at home routine...what do you consider the ideal height...I'm 5'11 so I don't like the door jam...I've been watching ur video which I love by the way...what it the height of ur ceiling?

    My ceiling is 8 ft. The TRX is pretty adaptable since you can change the length. Just make sure when fully lengthened it's no more than 1 foot from the floor.

    The only option I have is to atttach them to my squat rack. Think that will work. Just have to mindful of the side bars.

    You did not say how far down the straps need to be there are 3 settings and that's very important how low or high the straps are can you please add that to your video

    I know that when you first start training with the TRX you think there are "rules" you must follow. Unfortunately I cannot add anything to the video at this stage. You'll have to play with the straps to find the length that works best for you. Usually anything in plank is about 12 inches off the floor but really there are no hard rules when using TRX - we are free to play around and experiment with different lengths to add or take away challenge. Hope that helps.

    Start with planks on the floor and when you can hold one for 60 secs you can try in the TRX.

    Amazing workout, but switching the toes after EVERY single exercise made me have to pause the video a lot which is annoying and unnecessary.
