Challenging 15 Minute TRX CORE Workout - CORE Strong Fitness

This Challenging 15 Minute TRX CORE Workout is designed to be quick and simple yet HIGHLY effective!
We've got just 7 exercise that we will perform just two times each.
We will work for 40 seconds rest for 20, just enough rest time to keep that heart rate up!

    I got mine for Christmas 🎄 today!!!!! It's so easy and yet you can feel it! This thing is not intimidating as I initially thought. HIGHLY recommend getting one.

    @@COREStrongFitness I've lost fifteen pounds but gained strength. I'm backing to using weights. This is my two months update! I'm starting to see muscle definition. To note.. I'm a middle aged female that used to kickbox and exercise race horses. But middle age made me fall hard. We got kayaks and I was able to row my own and keep up with my husband and had the capability of going for three hours without ever feeling the need to stop and rest. We did for the photos and quiet. But I wasn't tired. LOVE the TRX!!! My brother told me it would be a life changer. Had no idea. And I sat on the idea for over a year when I found out about it on Pinterest. It looked intimidating. And it's not! I'm getting back to my youthful posture and energy. Highly recommend!

    @@COREStrongFitness thank you! as I’m doing this, I tend to use my upper abs as I’m upper core dominant, do you have any tricks to help activate my lower core?

    @@ashleylunamay that tends to happen to most people. Work on keeping a neutral pelvis. Meaning don’t arch your low back when in plank position. Try tucking your “tail bone” under a slight bit and you should start to feel the lower abs engage more in your core work. Hope that helps! 💪🏻

    Mid calf length for TRX exercises that are on the ground should be about 12” off the ground or the foot cradle (fabric loops) should be at the middle of your calf. Hope that helps!
