    @@kenlane663 sure thing! This muscle will target primarily the posterior or backside of your shoulders, as well as your upper back. The rhomboids, posterior delts, triceps, and lats. Hope this helps!

    I keep loosing tension in the straps when I circle my legs around. Any suggestions on this?

  • @COREStrongFitness
    @COREStrongFitnessАй бұрын

    This is common, no worries. You’ll need to find balance with your shoulders over your wrist mainly relying upon balance for a fraction of a second before you bring your feet overhead. So really practice coming to the top of your pick and trying to get weightless in your feet for just a second. That should help!

    Oh no, I’m so sorry to hear that. I hope she’s OK. Oh my gosh! I will put a disclaimer to this video to use a slam ball and not a rubberized medicine ball. Hope she heals quickly

    She learned a valuable lesson that day. How in gods name do you put yourself in the ER by bouncing a ball. When I was young we played soccer with a basketball and those fuckers can hit you real hard in the face. Never had any issue except a headache and a red burning face.

    I just started implementing this in my workout. 50lb ball 12 slams for 5 sets. I didn't expect it to be so difficult LOL great work out. I look like an idiot slamming the ball in the corner of the gym but I do enjoy this work out alot. Hopefully my fellow gym goers don't get annoyed .

  • @COREStrongFitness

    Thanks great! Nice work! Try incorporating the slams in a ladder format with maybe one other exercises like a TRX Cheat press. You’ll perform 2 reps of each exercise then add on one rep each round. You can choose a number of rounds and shoot for a time to complete or a set time and complete as many rounds as possible!🙌🏻
