This 20-minute jumping jack workout is an absolutely sweaty, calorie-burner! It contains 20 different jumping jack variations to keep your brain on its toes (so to speak). It'll make you feel alive. Give it a try!
This jumping jack workout is the equivalent of running two 8-minute miles . On average, running two miles and doing jumping jacks for 20 minutes both burn around 200 calories. Slap on a heart rate monitor and find out how much you personally burn. Every body is different!

jumping jacks don't destroy knees or shins like running can. You can always jump on mats to help the impact too
This was such an amazing workout! I totally took a few short breaks, but according to my apple watch I burned 190 active calories and 230 total calories. :)

After getting really out of shape due to personal circumstances, I was really down about how much my body change from being a young athlete. Was super frustrated when I tried doing workouts that I used to be able to do easily and then couldn’t even do 5 minutes of it. These fun workouts really helped me get back on track and I’m on my way returning to what I used to love! Thank you so much, you don’t understand how grateful I am for your videos

Bloody hell that was so hard omg. My heart is pumping after taking a few days off, I can honestly say that was really really hard but I'm proud of myself because I did it without stopping. Yaaaaaaaaay.😁

Any advice to help with the side stitch? I need to take a break after 60 seconds max no matter how hard I try to breathe slowly / regularly. It happens during every workout that mainly consists of jumping but I'd really like to finish them. ): Nonetheless, thanks for the workout! I appreciate every single one.

its a sign that you havent drinken enough water before your work out! I used to get those but then started to drink a big hydroflask of water like an hour before working out and it works so well! Also controlled breathing- helps to breath in through nose and out through mouth. Hope this helps!

I died but burned 207 calories Im so happy that I pushed myself and finished the workout even if i couldn’t do all the exercises 🎉

the bottom half of my legs (below my knee) always hurt when i do jumping jacks. am i doing it wrong 💀

These things kill your thighs and calves, but in a good way. I can go almost 5 minutes straight with jumping jacks. After that my legs won't function lol
