Note to self: next time, tie hair up in a bun. Seriously though, my ponytail brutally slapped me through the whole workout but i didn't want to stop to fix it cause i was feeling the burn!! Great exercise, i'm dripping with sweat right now, whoo!

and wear a sport bra haha! I tend to do it almost naked in my own home, I've done other workouts by this chick, but wow this one you definitely need a bra!

Love, Steph Depends on how much you weight, your height and your age. Personally, this workout burned max 40-50 calories for me.

great workout...burned 120 calories in just under 10 minutes...i repeat it 3 times at a stetch...i have become a fan of u Anna...the more i follow ur workout the more i m losing fat...u r such an inspiration...much love from india...

Took two hour BUT finally found a workout I can do everyday! I love that it's no breaks. I need to push myself mentally. In order to believe I can truly change my outcome

This is the BEST cardio workout on PopSugar! It's only 10 minutes but hey, whether you do it once or 5 times, you are sweating, your heart beat is up, and you feel like you got in a GOOD workout. I always do this when I don't have the time for a full workout or a run outside. I love it!!

just did this, a 10 minute flat belly and 10 min arm jiggle. Loved it! More cardio!!!
for any plus sized people wondering if they can do this workout! you can!! between modifcations and the advanced, I mixed it up and took breaks when needed but got back into it! If this is your first thing after waking up, I do recommend something to wake up your body a bit slower and then go into this. As my muscles weren't fully prepared for this yet! lol Now time for a chest and tricep workout!
I made a vow to myself I would do this every day and yesterday I had 4 min left to go but Today I competed the whole workout😁

there's a low impact cardio workout that the main woman in this video does and you sweat massive amounts, its 15 mins, should be on the recommended videos, its a good workout because you make no noise what so ever, but you'll end up waking up sore the next day.

NUT No you don't 😂 High intensity will always burn more calories. More effort you put in , the more calories used.. doesn't take a genius to figure that one out

I JUST finished this workout. I did advance and moderate and I'm dripping sweat! I love Anna's energy! Any workout that has her in it, is ALWAYS a great video! keep up the great work!
i really like this cardio! been doing it for the past two days and 2-3x times. Gets to the point, LOVE IT!
Ok I did this video today and it was not easy! My heart rate increased so quickly into the workout and I was sweating afterwards. Loved the workout and loved the lady hosting the workout. She really kept me going and I love her energy and because of her I have now subscribed so thank you and God bless 🙏🏼
Hey guys im going to do this cardio 4x a day for a week!!! And im going to show you the final results and if i do it 4 x a day its going to burn at least 500 calories a day!! Wish me luck🥰 I started today Day 1 done✅

I absolutely LOVE this workout! I love jumping for exercise, but I didn't know how to do it (since it's pretty hard to stay motivated to just do jumping jacks for 10 straight minutes!). With this workout, I don't get bored with the exercises always changing, and I still get a great workout in only 10 minutes! Fantastic for when I don't have much time! Plus, Anna is amazing! She's so motivating, and she isn't afraid to say when she's tired, so she seems so much more human than people in other videos! 10/10, have been doing this video almost every day for a few weeks now!
This was soooo good !! it’s exactly what i love about POPSUGAR - even when they don’t do dance classes (which are my favourite !!😍), it never seems like a boring, dreaded class - it’s always so fun and you get to enjoy working out - because there is literally no point in working out unless it is effective AND fun

I. LOVED. IT. It is so perfect for a day when I really don't want to suffer for too long, even for half an hour! Plus, I'd rather do that video than some others that last for 30min but are not that high intensity. Please, do more of those really quick cardio INTENSIVE workouts! Thanks for your work :)
It’s been about 2-2.5 weeks since I’ve incorporated this video into my workouts (3cardio days) & it’s now that I can start to see the results. My legs have never looked better! I want to keep doing this but with more consistent rounds just because it’s so great! This video is a blessing!!

I have returned to this workout whenever I only have a ten minute slot. The first time I couldn’t make it through. I still sweat a ton whenever I do it but it does get easier and easier and I love being able to see that progress!

Great workout - used it after a 20 minute cardio to round out a 30 minute routine. Great way to loosen up after driving 8 hours for a holiday trip today. Really feel much less stressed now - nice to have fresh routines to keep the workouts exciting!

Loved this quick cardio jump blast! I did this one before a 40 min mini-band workout. It was perfect for getting a quick bit of cardio in, got me nice and warmed up, hr up and good and sweaty!

This X2 had my DRENCHED in sweat! 💖😀 loved it! Each round burnt just over 100 cal according to my fitbit.
*It really works!!* From past 2 months i have lost 3 kgs my weight was 54 and i am 14 years old........I had a lot of problem as a teenager because I was getting fat by eating junks....everytime I think about weightloss..here the chips comes in!!!It was really sad for me ,so I downloaded healthifyme app but there we have to pay 1800-2000 rs to get a couch so i used that app just for counting my calories and used this video to burn my calories ...And My weight is now 51 ....and I am looking further for atleast 48 :)
