This workout was so much fun. I finished up drenched in sweat. I used 8 kg kb for the overhead presses, 12 kg KB for the rest and 16 kg KB for the swings and RDLs. Thank you

Awesome workout! I don't have kettlebell, so I did it with weight. And love the vocal instruction! I really felt my lower back on the ab lift with the twist especially holding the weight. I need to build up my lower abs strength some for for this.

Spicy is right!! I couldn't do the hip thruster with arm press, so I just did hip thrusters with both arms down. I'll get there eventually!

Hello Roxanne, I haven't done sport in a long time and finally yesterday I did this video workout with you and I must say I looooooooooved it!!!! I immediately felt all the muscles working especially core booty and arms, everything war burning 🔥 I will definitely repeat this workout again and again. It is perfekt for someone like me who doesn't have so much free time. And this 20min workout its peeeeerfekt. I thank you sooo much for sharing this video. I love it!!!!

Did hip thruster exercise on Swiss ball due to injury, worked just as well. Great workout, perfect length for me today.

Follow lots of your workouts. Expecially kettlebells and also dumbells. This one yesterday... 🤩💥 wow! Today and many times i do it again. Great also for some days of short time, but very effective. I like to do 1 hour workouts, and split in 2 workouts of 30 min or more short ones. And very like to do a set with 2 kettlebells. Like to do more swings/sets of those 👌

Good morning Roxanne, a question: why in your sessions there is never a recovery equal to 30 seconds, or at least in 3-4 sets in a row, a recovery equal to 1 minute? In my opinion, your videos would be more productive. Ciao! 😊

That definitely wound up being a high rep routine; I don't know what your "heavy" and "light" KBs were, but I'm sure mine were lighter! 😳

Yess heavier kettlebell and less reps would be more strength based. I don’t like to give exact weights because everyone is different and at a different level. You need to do the routine a few times to find the weight that is right for you.
