Follow along as we work our way through 24 different exercises hitting EVERY MUSCLE in the BODY. We are going to work for 45 seconds on each exercise with 30 seconds REST.

If you are a beginner, try performing each exercise in front of a mirror to practice correct form. If you are new to weight workouts please choose a light weight until you are confident your technique is right. Correct technique is very important for your health and safety.

You cannot spot reduce fat (we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat).
For best weight loss results I recommend;
1. A slight calorie deficit, I say slight, as slow steady weight loss is best for overall health.
2. Increasing your exercise duration and/or intensity so your heart rate is elevated. For example HIIT, cardio, LIIT workouts.
3. Workouts that will develop and strengthen specific muscles for your desired goals. For example Pilates, weight training, body weight exercises.

Just finished this one, much harder than the beginner 15 minute one! I found it very challenging and had to take a break half way through, but I finished it! My one comment is that I missed your commentary over the video, it kept me focused on the last videos and it meant I didn't have to keep looking at the screen. I know some people prefer no voice over so I get you can't please everyone! Other than that, another great video, thank you! Oh and also I love that you don't repeat exercises because I've done enough videos repeating 4 rounds of the same thing and they're so boring they make me want to not do them 😆

Love your 30 min kettle bell workouts! Loving the tips also, but can I suggest you put them during the exercise preview? At times I had to stop and pause so I could read it during the workout. ❤

Two days ago, I made it to around the 22/23 minute mark. Today??? I made it all the way through (struggled with the back lunges though). I'll definitely be back for more. I feel so much lighter for having done this workout today. Thank you Roxanne

I’ve been putting this off for 3 weeks. Finally did it and it was so fun and I feel like I got a great workout. Had to go without the weights for some and had to take breaks in some of the exercises. Can’t wait til I can do this without stopping.

I love your workouts. 2 things I would suggest is during the breaks can you put your tips there vs during the actual workout? It’s hard to see your tips while doing it and 2) can you make your beep sound louder than the music? When doing certain exercises my faces is downward and it’s hard to hear when it’s time to rest or start. Thanks!
