Struggle with Bloating issues? This stretching routine will really help you relieve discomfort from Bloating, Gas, Indigestion, Constipation and IBS. We'll focus on gentle breathing exercises, spinal twists and hip opening movements that will help you feel great again!
I've struggled with bloating issues for years due to food intolerances and period bloating. My tummy would expand 2-3 inches. It even got to the point where I would wake up equally as bloated. Doing these stretching exercises really helped me relieve discomfort and lift up my mood! I usually do them in the morning and in the evening as needed. I hope that these stretches will help you with bloating, gas and indigestion!

Love your videos! I read on your site you sell personalized programs/coaching...do you still do that?
I’m 70 and was recently diagnosed with Osteoporosis. I had been taking Omeprazole for years as directed by my Dr. to help with my acid reflux, bloating, and indigestion, but discovered it contributed to my bone loss. I quit immediately and all my bloating and indigestion issues started up again. I never eat past 5 pm and every night like clockwork the misery starts. Last week I discovered you and this video. I follow along with this every evening now and my issues have stopped (but only after doing the video). Thank you. This has been so helpful.
I LOVE ALL YOUR STRECHING SESSIONS VERY MUCH. There is a part on this session that goes silent for a while and I had my eyes closed and missed the directions for the next moves. Please revise it . Thank you so much for your great contribution and for helping us to move and Strech gracefully and comfortably. ❤🥰🙏

10000% this is a GREAT one! I typically eat until I'm 80% full~ My rule of thumb is eating lighter foods that FUEL my body!
amazing routine. I'm really planning to do many more of your routines. will update as it goes. more specifically, there are other movements that might be more boating targeted. which I think it's influenced by multiple parts of the body and stomach. but it looks like your routine helps

I don't get bloating but I have this intense pain in the soft tissues in my ribs. The spinal twist stretches helped a or to jostle them loose and relieve the pain! Thank you!

This routine made me realize how tight my hip flexors and my hamstrings are painful but great stretch

should you exhale from the nose or mouth?

Typically the nose as you would naturally breathe. Taking a few exhales from your mouth helps with relaxation! Thanks for stretching!
