    I know it is really hard to stay in No Contact in 30 days but it worked for me, my ex reaches out to me after 2 months and said that she still has feelings for me. I hope my comment will help you to have more motivate to stick through the No Contact. THANK YOU BRAD !

    Yeah got divorced like 2 years ago but still have been close after. My ex moved to another state but she has come back to visit a few times and we took a vacation together. We had basically in a long distance relationship for awhile. Then here recently she kinda started talking less and finally told me she had met someone very recently and was devoted to that person, I’m still completely in love with her and it’s hard. I let her know how I felt but she ended up blocking me for a while a couple times cause she didn’t want to hear that. Guess I just hope she comes back one day and I’m a better person for her at that point. I still love her so much…

    Sorry to hear that. What he said can easily translate to him needing his space so make sure you do your part and stop reaching out to him for a good while, okay? If you've been constantly texting him out of panic, then that explains further why he's telling you never to contact him again. Respect his decision to break up first. Thanks for the new video Brad. There's a problem, every time she comes back after a breakup but then a few days latet she will start to fight and everything falls into old routine, she hangsup on me over the phone, and I block her and initiate no contact....😔 This back and forth cycle is so toxic and exhausting, how can we make ex treasure the relationship more without keep stepping the lines by saying or acting meanly?

  • @BradBrowning

    @BradBrowning

    2 жыл бұрын

    Don't block her. Try to work out the issue instead? Also with on-and-off relationships, oftentimes this is a sign of underlying issues which have been left unaddressed for quite some time. It may be time to put things into perspective while it's still early because in 12 years spent as a relationship online coach alone, I find that a breakup is often NOT just one person's fault, so look at the roles that you've BOTH played that led to the breakup and if the issues have a chance to get resolved, and how to go about it. In most cases, the problems that led to the breakup can be resolved, but in some cases, it can't. So take time to evaluate, okay? However, I have to warn you not to ask the reasons from your ex. This is what I've discussed here along with other stuff that might help you, so this is a must-watch: kzread.info/dash/bejne/rKV1p8tygMWrcaQ.html But if you're interested in making this your last breakup, sign up for my coaching program at www.breakupbrad.com/coaching especially if there's an available spot. Hey brad. I have a bit of a weird situation. My ex and I broke up about two months ago since we started to fight and argue more and more as time went on. After we broke up we were still friends and saw each other frequently. We eventually decided that we wanted to try to restart and do things right instead of going too quick. We got to the point where she would tell me “I love you” “I miss you so much” “I just want to be closer to you..” but she hen not even a week later, she starts seeing someone else and being so distant to me. She told me that she doesn’t want to be with me and that she only sees me as a friend. Is this true or just her way of coping? Do you think she really meant all of the “I love you” recently?

  • @BradBrowning

    @BradBrowning

    2 жыл бұрын

    Sorry to hear that. I know it's harsh, but take it at face value because she's already seeing someone else...and continuing to deal with her will only lead to her stringing you along, so it's best to let go for now, all things considered. Make her prove her love because if she really did mean those words, she will come around sooner or later after you play your cards right and basically get on with your life. Wait for a better time before interacting with your ex, however, don't wait around doing nothing. Take a leap of faith on a new path as well because you never know where life can take you, which may be better without your ex. Use this time to heal and prioritize yourself. But if it's been more than a year or so, make sure to check the signs if your ex has moved on, here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/jK1-tNKhp6fJkZc.html This should help guide you on what to do for the time being: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mqCdzbqClrC_fps.html However, make it a point to be really productive with your time being apart. Follow the tips here to help guide you further: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mYl2sMZvoKevfrA.html AND kzread.info/dash/bejne/iYp6vLiqdqeshpc.html&ab_channel=BradBrowning now when the time comes where your ex is free or is constantly contacting you, check out my other videos here in KZread to help you with a lot of texting tips as well as when to give up trying. Hi Brad, I’ve been watching your videos and I found them really helpful but I’m not sure if it’s to late for them to help me. I didn’t live with my ex. My ex stopped communicating with me, like he wouldn’t tell me stuff and he would keep things to himself. He ended our 7 year relationship with no explanation. I tried no contact but it was only for 10 days because I was scared that I was losing him. We met a couple of times and I did get very emotional and he seemed concerned. He wanted to remain as friends, I did this for a couple of day’s because when the texts got few and far between, I told him I couldn’t do it anymore. He sent me a text saying he understood and he was there if I needed him. That was a couple of days ago, does this mean I’ve lost the chance of us getting back together?

  • @BradBrowning

    @BradBrowning

    2 жыл бұрын

    Really sorry to hear that. I understand your frustration and pain. Seven years is a long time. Also reminds me of the 7-year itch! When a breakup happens, most of the time this means he has lost attraction for you, hence, it's a bad move to be friends with him. You need to cut off contact for at least 30 days first. Silence is key and here's why: kzread.info/dash/bejne/rKtkpcquiKarndo.html If you continue being friends right away, the boundaries won't be clear and you're technically both free to date other people. Wouldn't it be pure torture if your ex dates a rebound in front of you because you're only "friends" now, don't you think? So it’s not a good idea, especially if you want this ex back. Watch this video so you’ll know why being friends won’t lead you anywhere you wanna be with your ex and how to get out of this trap, at kzread.info/dash/bejne/oqqTxcyzmLmxcbw.html AND kzread.info/dash/bejne/q5hq0tiHhsiumqw.html but read my Ex Factor Guide since that’s much more detailed and so you'll know how to go about it, what to do after each phase (there are three phases in total), including what to say, do or not do, along with free bonus materials for texting. Good luck!

    You should move on with your life. Start making new friends and going out and having fun! Make sure you have fun around your mutual friends because they will talk about you around her. You have to let her know that other women like and want you, make her a little jealous but not too too much lol. If she messages you again be calm and cool. Don’t be mean to her just be kind and caring. Every situation is different and so is every woman. Only you know the right thing to do

    Hi Brad! I'm in a bit of a sticky situation: my ex and I broke up a couple days ago and we both agreed that we will be in a no contact situation as emotions were running high and we wanted to heal from what happened. We were going through a couple months of rough situations as we were long distance for a little and got into small, but frequent arguments. Additionally, he was transitioning into a new college and told me that he wanted to try living college life single and who is out there. However, he kept telling me that he has no intention of actually getting with other people or talking with other girls; just he wants to see who is there. He told me that we can call in a bit to get some closure and emotionally heal and grow and maybe (hopefully) be friends and even date again afterwards. He keeps telling me that he loves me, wants to be with me if our situation was good, and that he would always cherish me and that he doesn't want to disappear from our lives and would always be a part of each other. He just told me that for right now, we can't be in contact so that we can process and heal separately. Would we have a good chance of getting back together? (We have been together / talking for almost 10 months, and have really good sexual chemistry).

  • @philiptucker7590

    The fact that he wanted to be single just to say he wants to see what else is out there is a huge 🚩….he had probably been thinking about other girls for quite some time and will probably think about them even if y’all were back together. He isn’t too focused on you. I would move on and talk to other people but have fun around mutual friends. They will talk about you especially if other guys have shown interest. Good luck, hope it works out the best for you 🖤

Discussed that in depth here: y2u.be/7KE6nb4-ndA There's no easy way to say this but the answer is is to move on, especially if your ex doesn't seem to be regretting their actions and asking to get back together. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. But take into consideration about what I’ve mentioned here, too: kzread.info/dash/bejne/n2Zrtq6eqbjTp8o.html There is no right or wrong answer here because it is your relationship and it's personal to you. Make sense? Anyway men and women cheat for different reasons, but if you think your ex is worth it and if there's been a genuine connection between you two before the cheating happened, then try to see the roles that you BOTH played that led to all this mess and see once and for all if it can be resolved or not, okay? Really take your time before deciding though and be sure not to make any hasty decisions from an emotional place. Take care!

    It's been a while so yes. I said 30 days "no contact" rule, not 51 days. Anyway assuming you've done the first phase properly, which is the 30-day "no contact" rule, then you should be in a position to be ready to test the waters with your ex. Here's how you can tell you're doing it correctly: y2u.be/f7zuXk-sVsI You may want to tick off the checklist here as well: y2u.be/BAhMrmw3Sms Now once you're positive you've done all that's mentioned, you can proceed to contact your ex. You're on the right track, assuming you've done the first phase (30-day "no contact" rule) correctly and basically had set the stage for this second part. Be sure to check out my other videos for more tips on how to go about this, especially this: y2u.be/gUBNd6pDINM Since you've only recently reconnected, then don't expect your ex to warm up easily. Getting an ex back is a process. Here's a short infograph to guide you in each process: kzread.info/dash/bejne/aX6oz7ibdM7InNo.html Look out for the signs that your ex has moved on, though: y2u.be/TnZzeEIPEik But evaluate things, too. Are you sure you're not trying to rush it? Setting a deadline is a good way to fail when it comes to exes, so I highly discourage it. What steps have you taken to get your ex back? It's time to re-assess those and see what's working versus what's not working. Sometimes, getting an ex back is like trying to fit a square into a circle, but oftentimes, chances are you're letting emotion dictate you and therefore end up making the wrong choices. Have you checked out my guide yet? It’s ultimately up to you to act (or not act, depending on which phase you’re in) on getting your ex back, but it helps if you read it to ensure that you’re on the right track. Check it out at www.breakupbrad.com

She’s really goal driven and she said she wants me to let her go so we both can grow. She quoted “I really hope we can reconnect because I do believe you are my person. I hope the universe brings us back together” This made me cry but I’m confused thoughts?

    The fighting has to stop. Fighting is often unavoidable, but when it becomes too much, it’s time to nip the problem in the bud if you still can. So it's either that or you go on a break and discuss the logistics as well as how it should go and how long it should be. What were you two fighting or arguing about? It's best to consider the relationship overall first, so watch this: kzread.info/dash/bejne/iql-qMhue8bOZdI.html Anyways it's best to give it time because all this arguing had taken a toll in your relationship. This may help: kzread.info/dash/bejne/dHZ5ysOSY8qyedo.html Perhaps you've both argued more than you had a good time with each other? It could also be you're too incompatible or stubborn to meet each other halfway. If the negatives outweigh the positives in the relationship, that's when an imbalance happens and the relationship will keel over wherein one or both people will likely abandon ship, as the case with your ex. It's time to reset things. Start with the 30-day "no contact" rule to get your ex into a psychological neutral. Here's how it can help you: y2u.be/zw0ChuXCEmw

    Hi Brad. So my ex gf showed a few of these signs in the aftermath (first 1-2 weeks of the breakup) and was acting hot and cold then. Two weeks after the BU she was struggling with insomnia, saying she missed me and asked me for help. Then, a few days later she blanked me at a mutual friends’ dinner because she was upset with me. Felt like her head and heart were saying different things. Because I didn’t want things to get messy, I insisted on going NC and we haven’t messaged/talked in over 30 days now. When we return to college this month, should I try reach out to her or wait for her if our last interaction was negative?

    You ought to show her you accepted the breakup. You shouldn't have to feel bad about mingling with someone new granted how your ex dumped you in the first place. Redo the "no contact" rule and make sure you stick to it this time. But watch this first to help manage your expectations: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ga6K28-SnrSshM4.html Here's how you can tell you're doing the "no contact" rule properly: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mGuu17qkXda8o6w.html It may help to make use of the clean slate template, which is a free version from a piece of my Ex Factor Guide. Watch this: kzread.info/dash/bejne/aH9n2tefddqrdso.html The main goal is to bring your ex into an emotional neutral state by employing the 30-day “no contact” rule -- let your ex miss you and don't rush it. With on-and-off relationships, oftentimes this is a sign of underlying issues which have been left unaddressed for quite some time. By watching this I’m realizing that these signs mostly apply to me, and 2, maybe 3, apply to him. We still live together for at least the next 6 months, and frankly I’m not really sure he wants me back since he said i killed it during the breakup with what i said. He said he still wants the best for me and loves me and wants me to improve, but that i won’t have a future with him. His best friend says I shouldn’t worry and should give it time, but a lot of these signs are hard to see since my ex is very good at hiding his emotions and acting like things are fine. Im considering coaching with you after my therapy session today, and I scored a 71 on your quiz. Should I even try and pursue my ex? I was the one who initiated the break up and said horrible things to keep him away, only to realize my emotions got the better of me. Anything helps, thanks brad.

    Hi Brad. Thank you for answering my questions. Im currently on a journey to win back my gf that Ive been in relationship for 4/5 years. It was almost like marriage, we loved each other and she was always happy and desperate when we apart which gave me confidence that she loves me . We had some major arguments during relationship that lead to brake up . She never told me that shes done with me or anything like that , just said that she needs to find herself and little time away from me and wont be texting me which I sad okay and havent talked to her for 30 days . After that day I texted her to see if shes willing to at least talk to me and she replied quickly "Hey , Im fine thank you" , but as I asked her to set up a meeting she responded briefly and stubbornly "No , I am busy and have responsibilties to take care of , thank you for asking me" . After day or two I sent clean slate text and apologizing If I was crossing her boundries couse Im aware of how she feels about us. Should I continue "No Contact" strategy or try something else ? Thank you so much !

    Hey Brad👍🏽 I recently have been watching a load of your videos. If you have time I would really really appreciate a response from you. Me and my ex have been dating for 2 years, this school year though is my first college year and it’s her senior year of high school. Right when she started she was really overwhelmed since she is in band, cheer, nhs, and as well has homework. One day to the next we didn’t talk much because she was busy and I got upset at her. She said she needed space so I gave it to her then 2 weeks later told her I was moving on and that we need to meet to end on a high note. 2 weeks later we meet and after our serious talk we start joking, laughing, and holding eachother. We even kiss. She asks If I’ve been seeing anyone and I say that ive met quite a bit of people but am uninterested. Within all that I tell her I still want her. She was kinda turned off by me meeting others and said she didn’t think she could keep going. A week later through one of my buddies that’s at the high school tells me someone asked her to homecoming and that they like each other and have been going to lunch during school. So they’re going to homecoming, wherever he takes her is gonna be a downgrade because prom last year I took her to Ruth’s Chris…anyway It hurts because we had just kissed (and it was a great kiss) that week. We texted a few times and she agreed that she also felt amazing during our interaction but has to move on because I had met other people. I found it hypocritical because she’s ‘talking’ to this other guy. Which is a clear downgrade. We continue to text a bit and I show my desire for her subtly and she knows that. And I know she feels like she’s in the power position right now. Last night I talked to her on the phone and she says she already have me her answer to move on and she says she’ll talk to me later. On the phone she sounded like she didn’t care. I know she does though. So we say bye and right now I believe I should start no contact. My question to you is: what if this ‘rebound’ blossoms into something bigger. It’s terrifying to think about. Can you please read everything about this situation that I’m in and recommend my best move right now, it would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. Have a great day🤝🤝🤝🤝🤝

    Forcing her to meet to end on a "high note" when she was asking for space was a bad move, man, especially 2 weeks in. At the very least, she is confused, so the best you can do right now is leave her alone and go do your own thing. When your ex is confused, you can't suddenly make her have an "aha" moment by constantly being around her or meeting up as it will only cause her to value you less and less. You meeting others was a good move as long as you're being subtle about it. Made vids on it too Watch this: kzread.info/dash/bejne/fqiusKubh7OXoLQ.html Overall, give stuff time to play out and don't rush. Moreover, focus on yourself instead of this relationship. Good luck!

    Hey Brad! I am putting NC to practice and its my ex’s bd in 17ish days and I know I shouldn’t miss it i feel like she will be more than very upset abt it later as she has told me that she wants me there. Also she is in a hard 1-2 months of her life and I feel like im being evil for putting the NC stress on her. But imma go with it for at least 17 days so i can celebrate her bd with her do u think its a good idea? She will probably get in touch me till then becoz she told me that she still loves me. There's nothing evil about taking the time out for YOURSELF to heal (no contact, I suggest AT LEAST 30 days) after you've been dumped. She is responsible for the choice she made when she broke up with you regardless of what she's going through, so try not to take that burden if you wanna keep your sanity. Anyway with regards to her birthday, it's actually one of the things I've already discussed here: y2u.be/hlikXIfMYN8 You're not breaking any rules if you greet an ex on their birthday as long as you do it right. So yes, can send your ex a birthday greeting on his/her birthday, just make it quick and direct to the point, end the conversation first too because you're busy (and I'm sure your ex is, too) -- it helps if you really are, so hang out with friends, learn a new skill, etc. Also avoid drama like the plague and don’t get into an argument with your ex at any cost. Be sure to check out my other videos in order not to miss any important tips on the steps to take to get an ex back. Sorry to hear that. Whatever happened, that's a huge clue for you to take a full step back and really give her all the time and uninterrupted space that she needs right now. I'm not sure if you pursued her too much to the point where she ended up saying those words to you or not but whatever the case, be sure to be on your own for a while, okay? Now as to your chances, I really wish I could give you a direct yes or no. However, as it is, each situation is unique, so I suggest you take the free quiz as it hits on the critical elements that will determine your chances depending on your answers. In other words, my quiz can give you a more accurate answer than I can since as you may have noticed, there are various factors at play here which needs to be looked at as well as your own actions after the breakup. • @BradBrowning

    @BradBrowning

    Жыл бұрын

    I'd still suggest to give the "no contact" rule a shot because that's still really your best bet, which will work in a sense where you BOTH will get to clear your mind to be in a better position to deal with each other when the time comes - instead of letting emotions overrule everything, risking things to get blown out of proportion even further. Makes sense? But will no contact ALONE work to get your ex back? Sometimes it does, but other times (especially if your situation is unique) it won't, because the no contact phase is only part one of the three-step process I teach in my Ex Factor Guide. Learn the basics here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k5l7sLJ7lNPUo6w.html There's also a risk of you being strung along if you don't cut off contact and give each other that much needed space and while it's beneficial for your ex, it's really detrimental to the dumpee in the end, so be careful. I also made a quick vid to those who are seemingly lost and could use a reminder on what to do: kzread.info/dash/bejne/oZZ2q9atgbbHm5c.html

    Nearly almost all of these signs were present between me and my ex, until I saw her unfollowing me and removing me from her IG I asked about it, she said in order to forget me and get me out of her life forever completely, she doesn't want to see anything from me. And she told me don't ever call her and text her again. So do these signs still count ? Or this is an emotional breakdown?

  • @BradBrowning

    @BradBrowning

    2 жыл бұрын

    It's highly emotional times for you both, which is why it's always better to just give each other space because it certainly beats overthinking about stuff you have zero control over. Look, you both have to process the breakup first and go through all that pain and slowly let go of the bad memories...It is a process, but this is what the "no contact" rule is for, to help both of you move forward from that pain. A reconciliation with an ex means there will be a new (thus the old relationship be considered as over) relationship between you two where the lessons of the past are taken into consideration in order to resolve it to create a better relationship in the future. Does that make sense? Give your ex time to let go of the bad memories, however, this won't happen overnight and for sure takes time, so don't rush. Follow the tips on my other vids, especially this one: kzread.info/dash/bejne/eICZspOegqbRc84.html Good luck!

    You really ought to give him space and back off completely especially if he keeps sabotaging the situation between you two. If he wants out, the last thing you want to be doing is chasing him. Watch this: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ppdnq7SensvFY5M.html With on-and-off relationships, oftentimes this is a sign of underlying issues which have been left unaddressed for quite some time. Unless you've done something really epic to mess things up or really hurt your ex, there's no reason to worry as much, really, because it could be due to the top 3 reasons I've stated on this vid: y2u.be/fjtv90o9bkI Blocking you could just be your ex’s way of coping so I wouldn’t worry too much about it if I were you, at least not initially. I hear you. It's never easy and would feel like the biggest betrayal and I'm sorry to hear you're going through this. The 30-day "no contact" rule can work for you in the following ways: kzread.info/dash/bejne/rKtkpcquiKarndo.html Your ex is diverting her attention to someone else, which is the easiest thing to do and is really just his/her way of coping. If anything, your ex is suffering, too, even though it may not seem like it. Discussed that here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/aX95mNCbZJDUlKQ.html So that's what you ought to be doing too. Here, watch this: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mYl2sMZvoKevfrA.html so try to put your focus elsewhere because your ex is likely rebounding and you're only wasting precious minutes of your life worrying about something that's out of your control. Watch this: kzread.info/dash/bejne/hnaoxJVtl9ycqto.html Now lastly, keep in mind that your ex is suffering too, even though they try to cover it up. Discussed that here: y2u.be/7KE6nb4-ndA

    Hi...my ex boyfriend and I used to fight a lot...we did have good times together, but we would normally have misunderstandings and all..he broke up with me over a fight...but says he loves me but he’s tired of the fights...really don’t know if we I’ll get back cause this is not the first time he’s breaking up with me over a fight, But it is also the first time we have gone a day being done and he’s not replying anymore to my texts...what should I do?

  • @BradBrowning

    @BradBrowning

    2 жыл бұрын

    Look, I know it's hard and may even feel like everything will slip away the moment you cut off contact, but trust me when I say this can really do a lot of benefit to your ex and you as well as your relationship as you'd both be in a clearer headspace to deal with each other when the time comes and therefore less mistakes made that will send your ex running for the hills further. I've seen people disregard the "no contact" rule and end up destroying their chances unknowingly. This is why I recommend you to employ the FULL 30-day "no contact" rule and be mindful of the tips in the following videos to help you out: y2u.be/gUBNd6pDINM AND make sure you don't make the number one mistake here: y2u.be/1cBpNrDDHnw So once you've completed the no contact phase, watch my texting tips on how to re-establish contact with your ex. I know it's tough but now is a good time to know yourself more and find that strength to accept the breakup and be independent of your ex in any way that you can. Do the dynamic "no contact" rule or limited contact. You've got a long way to go but for starters, you can follow the tips here to prevent things from getting even more awkward than it has to be: kzread.info/dash/bejne/eYiep6OAerq6paQ.html AND kzread.info/dash/bejne/lniO1NCHmJuyf8o.html As to your chances, I really wish I could give you a direct yes or no. This would be our second time ever in the last 4 years, we broke up in March 2021 for 2 months, and then he came back saying he missed me..we’ve ran into a lot of bumps in the road and arguments the last few months which definitely led to this breakup… I love him…I really want him…& I really wanted it to work this time around. I’ve started no contact minus the fact we will have to communicate once a month for a bill. I don’t seem to relate much right now to any of these signs of him possibly wanting to come back either…I know it’s still early.. How do I get him back?! • @BradBrowning

    @BradBrowning

    Жыл бұрын

    The average time is 30 days but can go anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks in usual cases. If there's been some endless begging and/or refusing to cut off contact on your end, however, I usually suggest to give it more time, around 2 months or even more. Cheating instances are different if you've cheated, could be longer or shorter depending on how your ex reacts. Do take note that in some instances where the dumpee just couldn't take the hint and continually bugs their ex for months, there comes a time where the ex reaches a "breaking point" and confirms it's the right decision to break up and becomes hellbent in moving on from you. So the bottom line is the "no contact" rule is best applied when the breakup is still fresh. Discussed the importance of silence here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/rKtkpcquiKarndo.html Also don't forget to watch my other vids so you'll know what to do after the "no contact" phase, especially if you're not getting my Ex Factor Guide. So you said ""take note that in some instances where the dumpee just couldn't take the hint and continually bugs their ex for months, there comes a time where the ex reaches a "breaking point" and confirms it's the right decision to break up and becomes hellbent in moving on from you."" .... so i begged my ex for 4 weeks, not every day, but almost every day, every other day, and then a beak of a few days, and then a break for 5 days, but in total the time was about 4-5 weeks, it was all via texts, and then the final two days was a meeting in person, and then she said she will not see me again and has made her decision not to be with me (by the way i was the one who actually pushed her away to begin with because she was being distant and a bit cold, so i said leave me)...... is this 4-5 weeks period of begging way too long? have i blown it? or can no contact still have an effect? Appreciate your help and response :)

    Me and my girlfriend broke up 3 months ago and she recently reached out to see how i was and I didn’t respond immediately. I actually waited maybe a week and a half to respond and when I responded i was very casual seeing how she was. She told me she’s talking to another guy and that she is happy but realistically i want her back not just because she is with someone new but because i have been missing her and i asked should we try to pick up our pieces and fix our relationship and she said no I am 100% over you. What should I do if i want her back?

    Don't you recognize an opportunity when you see one? :-) Your ex is opening the lines of communication which is a perfect opportunity for you to transition into phase two. Since you've already completed the full 30-day "no contact" rule, and assuming you've done the "no contact" rule properly, then the texting tips here will be a good starter: kzread.info/dash/bejne/iqOir9aFdtKWYJM.html This means you take time focusing on the second phase and eventually the third phase when the time is right. This won’t happen overnight, of course, but it’s something you ought to continue to work on to the point where you’re gradually building attraction again. This is what my guide is for. Have you checked it out yet? It's too complicated to explain everything on here, but here's an overview of these phases and what to expect in each one: kzread.info/dash/bejne/k5l7sLJ7lNPUo6w.html Good luck!

    @@BradBrowning I got blocked 4 days ago she said before that, that she wanted to be with me and if I've been talking to other girls then I said to her to think about it for 48 hrs because I want her to be sure then after the 48hrs she said she isnt interested anymore and that day she got nasty to me for no reason and blocked me again 😑, it's crazy she said to me the day I spoke to her that apparently I caused myself to get dumped because of causing arguments most of the times and it wouldn't be like this if I wasnt argumentative what should I do?? You think she will unblock me? Today was my mums anniversary 6 years since my mum passed and my ex didnt unblock me and even check on me...

    That's what I call the "validation-seeking" text and your ex is somewhat expected to send one or more of these sooner or later and here's how to handle each text. Discussed that in one of the vids, including how to handle that kind of message, here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/iIF1qriDZtfcg7A.html

    She did dumped you though, right? Or was it the other way around and you ended up dumping her? If she's the dumper, that kind of behaviour coming from your ex is somewhat expected after a breakup. That's why you ought to give it enough time where there's totally no contact between you and your ex for at least 30 days. A wide array of different emotions coming from an ex is somewhat expected when a breakup is still fresh and this includes the likelihood of your ex giving you mixed or weird signals. Watch this: y2u.be/siApAVtx8zE This is why I tell people to cut off contact for at least a month first and NOT deal with this ex. You both need to clear your minds first, all right? A breakup hurts both people in it regardless of who has done the breaking up. This is something I've discussed here, so watch it to learn a few tips to help you on how to go about it: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y59-k9ubpamveKg.html

    If you're sure you want to fix the relationship, the best thing to do right now is to take responsibility and admit to your ex that you've effed up and try to be patient and sympathetic with what your ex is going through and just disappear from your ex's life for a while, because right now, you are a constant reminder of the pain and your ex needs to heal from that first. And saying sorry is not gonna fix that right away, it takes time. By cheating, you're automatically putting the ball in your ex's court and have lost privilege to take your power back in all this. It's up to your ex now and how soon they can forgive you and move on from the incident, not necessarily from the relationship although some people do that. With that in mind, these may help: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mGR6mtNreazNpKg.html AND kzread.info/dash/bejne/o6J5k5trlrixqKw.html Whatever you do, make sure you avoid doing the stuff here that will only push your ex further away: y2u.be/jikW4YYC9yo

    Is it appliable on a lesbian relationship as well? I'm just asking because I'm aware that men and women act different in many kinda situations when it comes to feelings.
