Great info and like many training videos if every one just did these they would be better off. However many of these are not plyometric exercises. A static jump onto a box is jump and strength training which helps in plyometrics but it is not Plyometric. The best way to view plyometrics is to view The shock method of training. It is the neuro muscular reaction of reversing direction under max load from landing using the energy amortized during the eccentric movement. Like a depth jump off of a box and prior to coming to a stop reveres direction and jump as high or far as you can. The goal of plyometrics is the stretch reflex of the muscular system. Ulrich Froehlich

Sorry, not meant as a negative. Although this is a great video, I am confident if you put out a jump training video and a plyo video or split it in the same video your followers may get a greater benefit from your great work............

Hi Tori, this is Coach Tonya and you are not alone in this. It took me some time to get to where I was very comfortable with this. One suggestion is to find something that is not really all that high and work up from there. This is more of a pyschological thing than anything else. Just make sure that whatever it is you choose to jump on it is solid and will not topple over on you.
