Hi Daniel! I really like this video and will definitely incorporate it in my trainings! I was also wondering if you have had any experience with muscle imbalances. My dominant arm is much stronger than my weak arm and does most of the work in pull-ups/push-ups/bench-presses, do you know any effective ways to correct that?

Hi Daniel, really enjoy your videos mate. What are your thoughts on the idea size of a plyo box given different height people? I'm keen to make one and I noticed that when you set up for a pushup your body is pretty much horizontal with the box laying down. Is this about right? Width can be a bit wider than your shoulders and height, maybe just under the knee. What do you think? Cheers, Andrew

Hey man, just a tiny note. I'm watching an older video, but commenting in this one because it's more likely you will see it here. I'm watching one in which you talk and explain something, those one I like, because you give very good explanations. Now, the tiny note is this one: There is a bit of moderated environmental noise at my house, I leave near to a busy street, I have my laptop speakers up to max and I cannot hear you!! He he. No idea about the tech side of YT, but maybe you wanna bump up your volume when recording? IDK, just sharing in case is useful. Your videos are great, TY for making them!

hahaha. steroids wont help if you have small calf insertions. google cedric mcmillan, he is a huge elite level bodybuilder using all the steroids and growth hormone and his calves are still relatively small. its the way in were they insert on your body. goes for every muscle. although the vast vast majority of people who complain of small calves are just lazy and impatient when it comes to calve training

Bolbi-Tito TV It depends on how acne prone your skin is in the first place. I would almost certainly get an acne break out from doing it. But I know other guys who basically live without shirts and train on gravel, cement etc and they're fine. I actually find indoor floors a lot more unhygienic than outdoor ones like in this video because of their exposure to the sun, wind they're cleaner.
