Very good, varied, interesting exercises that engage many muscles groups!

great video as always. where are you with your planche, any updates?
The three I found most interesting and will use as demo's for my team (track coach) were: Push-Up Walks, Plyo Step-Up (well done form wise), and Lateral Jumps. Thanks for sharing. Chris C

Hi Daniel! I really like this video and will definitely incorporate it in my trainings! I was also wondering if you have had any experience with muscle imbalances. My dominant arm is much stronger than my weak arm and does most of the work in pull-ups/push-ups/bench-presses, do you know any effective ways to correct that?
OK. Now I get it. Thank you. Really good execution.
That was a very good job man👍🏻
That Step Down looks great, I thought you gonna put the leg on the floor but you immediately after touch went straight up, gotta by rly nice excercise for legs :) amazing video with lotta ideas, big inspiration! Thanks :)
I enjoyed the box pistol squat, the lateral jump and the step down. they look very functional and effective.

Plyo Push- up plus, pike handstand and shoulder stand, the true head turners for me!!!!.
I really like you doing videos outside at some nice place!
The push-up walks are a good idea. I'm trying to improve my shoulders
Damn Daniel, I thought of deep HSPUs when I saw the title of the video, at least the shoulderstand made a similar job😅. Are you still working on your advanced skill progressions? I wish you upload more videos of your progress on those like you did in the past. Keep up this awesome channel, cheers master!💪
Easy way to Improve to Heay things!Great!

Nice one ! Would you do something equivalent with a swiss ball ?
Plyo push-up plus, plyo split squat, tuck reverse hyper. Thanks.
Do a neck posture exercise video!
wow. some of those were impossible for a first timer. something to aspire to though. awesome, thanks for posting
I was kicking around the idea of making one of these so this video is just what I needed to motivate me to take a trip to the hardware store. I will google some sample dimensions but curious if you can just throw up the box dimensions for reference.
Hi Daniel, really enjoy your videos mate. What are your thoughts on the idea size of a plyo box given different height people? I'm keen to make one and I noticed that when you set up for a pushup your body is pretty much horizontal with the box laying down. Is this about right? Width can be a bit wider than your shoulders and height, maybe just under the knee. What do you think? Cheers, Andrew
Can you do a video of full leg split exercise....
Missed the opportunity to make a "box biceps curl" joke at the end or something

Damnit I did to. There is always an opportunity for a cheeky curl somewhere.
Plyo pushup, Full Reverse Hyper and Shoulder Stand
That box rocks!!!!
Strength being as limited as mine is, the classic tricep dip and shoulder push up are where it's at. I like the look of that Plyo Pushup Plus though.
Hey man, just a tiny note. I'm watching an older video, but commenting in this one because it's more likely you will see it here. I'm watching one in which you talk and explain something, those one I like, because you give very good explanations. Now, the tiny note is this one: There is a bit of moderated environmental noise at my house, I leave near to a busy street, I have my laptop speakers up to max and I cannot hear you!! He he. No idea about the tech side of YT, but maybe you wanna bump up your volume when recording? IDK, just sharing in case is useful. Your videos are great, TY for making them!
all push ups, pike handstand (because I need to practice), pistol squats definitely doing this today, using a chair....
1) Reverse Hyper 2) pike push ups 3) bulgarian split squats
Lateral Jumps, Plyo Push-Up Plus, and Box Pistol Squats
some of them arent plyometric but i like the video and the fact that there are so many possibilities to train with just one box^^
Top 3 exersices for me : Box Jumps, Step ups and Lateral jumps
Daniel what is your recommended height range for Bulgarian split squat?
the brow wipe 3:15 ... my fav
Lateral Jumps, Single leg jumps, level 2 box jumps. Can you give the box dimensions please?
Top 3: Split squat, lateral jumps, step down.
WOW BRO!
My top 3: Weighted pistols, Box jumps and Burpee box jump over
1) Shoulder stand 2) full reverse hyper 3) plyo step up
Push up walk, hi-lo push with the hi going really high, and the one-legged pistols on the box, with the ducks, by the water, in a park, and envious onlookers. GW!
@FitnessFAQs What bodyweight exercises can I do to add thickness to my arm? It looks thin when viewed from the front but it looks so good from the side.
Haha, that was a good ending, Daniel.
that moment when box > gym =
My favourite exercise is 3:14. I mastered that.

24 he asked where he got it, not how many needs to be used. You can just search up ploymetric boxes sale and you'll find any online. If not, I'm sure big5 or any other sports store will have them

But the one Daniel is using in this video looks like something he picked out from his storage or built himself
I thought Plyometrics were explosive movements? Some of these don't seem very explosive at all, can someone please explain what Plyometrics is then?
@HickLif3

These are just workouts you can do with a plyometric box, not that they are all plyometric workouts. Like using a barbell to do squats, bench, deadlift, and curls. Same equipment, different workout
When you get romantic with a box 1:52
where are the handstands? :P
Is there any crocodile in the lake ? Otherwise you'll have to call crocodile dundee lol
Hi Daniel! I would be interested in how you are doing with your own training at the moment. You look a bit flat mate :D Maybe you can make a video on that, like an update? Or just answer it here.. Greetings Me
Dope. But the birds in the background appear uninterested.

Even u have small calves. Fk my life i need steroids
@emZee1994
7 жыл бұрын
hahaha. steroids wont help if you have small calf insertions. google cedric mcmillan, he is a huge elite level bodybuilder using all the steroids and growth hormone and his calves are still relatively small. its the way in were they insert on your body. goes for every muscle. although the vast vast majority of people who complain of small calves are just lazy and impatient when it comes to calve training
On 1:47 - that was disgusting. You can get really bad back acne for laying down shirtless
@ganjabobby

Bolbi-Tito TV It depends on how acne prone your skin is in the first place. I would almost certainly get an acne break out from doing it. But I know other guys who basically live without shirts and train on gravel, cement etc and they're fine. I actually find indoor floors a lot more unhygienic than outdoor ones like in this video because of their exposure to the sun, wind they're cleaner.
