@@erikmartinez5726 depends on what you want to achieve , if you want more lean muscle mass and muscular endurance you will want to do them everyday. It’s all up to you if you are more weight focused then you would do them on days you do back and chest if you wanna do full body then everyday as well you can do them as much or as little as you like they are great to add to a workout or as a workout by themselves.
I'm 65 years old. On January 1, I did 50 burpees and I'm doing 5 more every day. Today it will be 155 burpees. This is a very good exercise for a guy my age😀. Greetings from Poland😀🤚

I learned to do burpees from this video. Every morning I wake my sons up, we read a chapter out of the Bible together, we take an online college class together, and then we do exercises together. The ritual takes 1hr 30 minutes but it is paying off for body, mind and spirit. My sons are 13 and 15, the youngest did 200 push-ups the other day to see what he could do. Thanks for making this video.

I have three grown azz men sons. They used to work out with me. Now they are spread to the four winds in the US Coast Guard. I don’t see them much. But we used to love doing stuff like this video. Just pick an exercise and do it all afternoon. Today though we still push each other. Like SuperBowl Sunday. We do push-ups and sit ups and kettlebell swings. It’s all based on what happens. So like every punt you do 25 sit-ups. Every touchdown is 25 push-ups. Interceptions make you work. SACKS could be 50 push-ups or 50 air squats. Etc etc. normally someone makes up the rules. My oldest son is a masochist and when he does the rules we GROAN. But you gotta do it. We have our women shoot video of us as proof we are doing our shit. By the time the Super Bowl is over we are in need of a shower. But we get jacked! We always liked the Ray Lewis idea of shuffling a deck of cards. Turn a card. See the number. Do that number for whatever exercise. Finish the deck? Shuffle again and begin again. Haha. I miss my boys at home but you can still do it if you all WANT TO. Now having said that. I’d love to be on a beach doing burpees to 100 with a good buddy any day. What a cool video this was.

@@MANDATORY.G 100’s are the way to go. I did legs tonight. 100 reps for several different exercises. I started this concept about two years ago. You can’t be a quitter. You gotta be like David Goggins to force through it. But I always feel great at the end. About three years ago I was doing burpees daily. Usually around 25. Your video has me pumped for 100 now. I’m scared! (Haha. No I’m not!).
Two of my sons served and I had the honor of meeting and becoming friends with a couple a special forces guys. And it was definitely an honor, not because of how they look, but because of what their sacrifice means for my family. These exercises are definitely hard, I tried once and gave up after two or three sets. But there are lots of very fit, very strong guys out there who don't do these. The thing that sets these guys apart, and you know it as soon as you meet them, is their drive and focus. I've known one of these guys now for 12 years and his intensity is still spooky. I would not want to be down range, or be the target, of any of our spec ops guys, ever! And the ones I've met are smart and educated, like college Masters degrees smart. I'm sure you have your knuckle draggers as well but these guys tend to be on another level in many parts of their lives. Thank God we have men, and women, like this living among us!
