Adjustable steel box… besides plyo can use as a squat stop, the lower height allows for squat while 16*16 top allows for solid surface to lift feet off ground engaging core before standing back up.

I just picked up two of those REP adjustable steel plyo boxes, super nice!

I’ve seen PB Extreme plyoboxes at severalngyms and so I bought some. They seem to be like the Rogue, stackable with Velcro. What’s your take on them?

I'm using this video as a drinking game. A shot every time you say box 😅

I got the large Rep Fitness 60 pound box. My kids are very happy with it. Very stable even when they are jumping 30 inches but keep it against the wall at that height

What about the abmat box?

I was surprised they didn't even mention the Abmat box. Better than the Exobox and Exobox is not even being made anymore.

I didn't see any mention of the Abmat Roobox even though it is shown in the photo. I'm the inventor and licensed the box to Abmat to save as many shins as possible. 😊​@@garagegymreviewseverything

I built my own box much more robust than the ones you can buy and it was cheaper.

Just buy the cheapest one because they all do the same thing.
