They do call it "observational comedy", but more to your point, only the best comedians can harness its true power. To boot, Maniscalco (like many older and generally great comedians alive and dead) has lived an interesting life, and has stories to tell. Today's younger comedians go on too many political-comedy rants about some internet story or social media hype, as if their whole lives are lived on phones and laptops...which I think is the case with these "woken" comedians. Nothing interesting happens to them.

He got me through quarantine...Now I watch everything he does. He is brilliant, relatable, and hands down one of the funniest comedians ever! His physical comedy is genius. In all seriousness, thank goodness for this guy, because we all need to laugh hard these days.

That’s funny, Jerry actually recommends Sebastian as the closest comedian to his style of comedy. Based in an ethnic upbringing, and everyday observational.

Just saw him live a few days ago. My husband and I laughed so hard. Absolutely love him.

Best comedian I've ever seen live. Laughed my ass off for 90 minutes straight. Growing up with an Italian mom, I feel like his absolute target audience.

I went to this man’s show back in 2018 and after the show was over I was walking out and he walked up to me and shook my hand and thanked me for coming. Sebastian if the most humble celebrity I’ve ever met.

This guy is an artist. The “I don’t know who I am anymore” always gets me haha

If you are ever having a bad morning, just watch a couple of his videos. I always feel better!

I think what I like most about his routine(s), is that he doesn't have to be completely vulgar or blatantly sexual to make us laugh. Not that it's a bad thing that other comedians nowadays use vulgarity or sexual innuendo to make people laugh, it's just refreshing to see a guy making us laugh just by talking about life

Not only is Sebastian BEST comic ever.. he is the best nationality ITALIAN. He literally describes my child hood growing up full blood Italian.

Sebastian is the funniest man alive there is no comedian that can come close to him, he is in a class all of his own. I just can't stop laughing at this man his facial expressions and his movements are everything. I definitely watch all his videos several times over

@@robfromvan I also like Chris Rock but I can name at least 10 comics I'd rather see , Pryor is great but he walked so Chappelle could run . Dangerfeild, Dice Clay , Jesslenik, Bernie Mac , Rivers just to name a few . There can't be a title for funniest person because comedy is subjective but if you had to give the title to someone I don't think Sébastien even comes close and I base that on personl opinion and global popularity as in who can fill up a stadium with the most people on a consistent basis.

Rock star of comedy

I have been a fan of comedy since I was a young child. My dad and my uncles were the funniest people ever, especially when they were all together. Jerry Lewis, Carol Burnet, Robin Williams, SNL...I love all of them. Now Sebastian Maniscalco is my absolute favorite! He is crazy funny! I watch his clips over and over just to have a good laugh. And his body language makes him even more hilarious!!! Would love to see him in person!!!
