None of us can deny the benefits of working out before bed, and while a light workout is preferred, we decided to present to you today a 15 minutes walk to do before bed so you can sleep like a baby and wake up feeling refreshed the next day! , I guess it's a great way to start the week, isn't it?

For me this is better in the morning. I don't exercise at night. I get at least 60 to 90 minutes of cardio and resistance training in everyday. I just found this channel and I like it. Anytime I find a new channel that I like, it gets more motivated to exercise. I'm a 69 year old fit man but I try to minimize workouts with burpees. One or two days a week I will do some quiet burpees, no jumping though. This is perfect for my hips and knees. Lateral movements are great for me, they help me with my surfing.

i put on one pound ankle weights and it helps tone legs and burn more calories. Also use arm weights. Feels like a real mini workout this way.

It’s change person to person. Even the same person when makes a routine in diferentes days, doesn’t get the same results. Happened to me☺️
