1 thing I'm grateful for - the lovely meal prior to this walk. 1 thing I'm proud of - showing up for myself hence being able to show up for others. 1 intention - to make my actions match my intentions.
My intention is to normalize my sugar level
I love walking routines in the evening. I do them with Get Fit With Rick. He’s funny and the walks are fun and fast! Your positive persality is also so great for fitness. Thanks and I’ll try your walk, along with Rick’s faster walks for cardio, this evening… xx

It’s Ramadan and I do these short workouts after suhoor because it is early in the morning and I cannot go out for a walk. It helps keeping me satisfied that I moved after eating and did not go to bed directly.

Thank you for this and all your workouts, Caroline. I'm working through some grief after my mother passed away two weeks ago, and this helps me keep moving through that grief even with all the rain across the Southeast this week.
It's Ramadhan, and after suhur and iftar I use to do these walks..... And it helped me absorb what I put in my stomach 🤗 And yes I feel great after doing these. Thanks for the motivation. 🙏
