    Thank you ever so much ❤ Mum of three smalls here. Exercise is a priority to me however with family life and smalls to look after exercise sometimes is still a priority but further down the list. Thank you for making a short yet scrumptious yoga practice. I feel happy 💛

    Wow this was fantastic! I really like how you made little notes like the outer edges of the feet when bending forward it really made a difference in the stretch! Thank you so much!

    Thank you for the lovely silence in savasana and the soft sound following it. I find it jarring when a yoga video ends and quickly jumps into loud advertisements.

    thank you so much for this practice!! i have a medical issue right now that makes some mobility a bit limited, but it was easy to modify or change certain poses for what i needed, and follow along again when i could :) this was just perfect, exactly what i needed!! have a lovely day xoxo ❤️❤️
