I personally like the block method for getting the reps you are looking for. It’s so much easier mentally to only have to think about a shorter block or period of time. You’re a true man of the people brother✊.

One of the most exciting things on this program is finding out how you're going to break down the twenty minutes into blocks to hit the target... understanding that and figuring out how to set my timer app is a mental workout for me!

I've been doing your 130 follow along video with your friend, but will now follow along to this. Brilliant! Wishing you well my friend! Dave

Brilliant! Im still here at my current plateau despite once doing 150 1D. Will keep working through, with the vision of being very fit in the next 6 months. I always imagined your follow alongs would count as your one of four weekly workouts, but you said at the start youve already done BDT workout(s) that day already. Very impressive!!!

Hi Max, strong work as always! I've been on the program for 6 months, currently at level 3 (250 6 counts, 110 Navy Seals). The 250 6 counts are still a struggle cardio-wise; some days I make it and some days I get to 240. It's made me kind of dread my 6-count sessions. I've been there for 2 months. Any tips on how to break through?

Like the channel. Might I suggest getting a cheap tripod phone stand off amazon or something? Also are your shirts a blend of poly/cotton or full poly? I notice a lot of people come out with shirts, maybe I should too, but it'd be nice to have one to sweat in... cotton is not the stuff to sweat in.

Got the 135 today but was very gassed at the end . Would you recommend I do this a few times to build up fitness, or go to straight to 140 now I’ve completed it?

Hello, did you ever considered taking a weighted vest in addition to your normal program since you already completed it? After completing the Program, joining in again with vest e.g. in level B and making your way through the program again? Do you think that would be a good way to even build more muscle?
@busydadtraining

Hey my man -- weighted vests are great, but not necessary. Feel free to experiment with a vest, but at your early stage in the program, it is not necessary. I used one for a while, and it has benefits, but it's not a micarle worker in my experience. Still - give it a try!
