Love it. Especially with my schedule of 2 jobs. But I do miss the animated part of the muscles that we are working. Very encouraging. Hopefully to see more 💖🤗😍

Hi Aya, these will help. You just need to stay consistent and make sure to take proper rest days. The results will be quicker than if you overtrain and under eat. X
