Blocked someone on social media and other areas today. It wasn't the easiest decision, but it was the best. I told her, "You will always have a place in my heart but, for now and perhaps never, not in my life. Never allow someone to be a priority in your life if you are but an option in theirs. I walked away from a toxic partner, who was abusive and disrespectful. I had no option in the end, because they were not worthy of my time. I remained calm, walked away cutting them off indefinitely. This video reflected exactly as I behaved with Stoic values and principles. It reinforced the learning of personal values, morals and wisdom from the ancient stoics.

Walking away can indeed be one of the most empowering actions one can take, a concept deeply rooted in the philosophy of Stoicism as espoused by Marcus Aurelius. Setting good boundaries and knowing when to say goodbye are not just acts of self-preservation but also catalysts for personal growth. This philosophy teaches us that peace and freedom are often found within, and solitude can be a powerful teacher. Walking away from toxic environments or unfulfilling relationships allows us to reclaim our energy and focus on what truly matters, leading to a life of greater fulfillment and inner peace. Embracing this mindset fosters resilience, clarity, and a deeper connection with oneself, ultimately paving the way for a richer, more meaningful existence.

I trust that the universe has a plan for me. Everything is unfolding exactly as it should. I release all worries and fears to the universe. I am safe and protected as I surrender to sleep. The universe is guiding me towards my highest good. I have faith in the journey I am on. I let go of control and allow things to flow naturally. Each night, I release the day and embrace peace. I am open to receiving the blessings the universe has in store for me. I trust that everything is working out for my best interest. I surrender to the wisdom of the universe. I am grateful for the abundance of blessings in my life. My heart is filled with trust and tranquility. I release any resistance and welcome divine guidance.

Universe smh God created the universe so you might want Him to guide you. Better to trust the Creator than the thing that was created by the Creator.

Stoic principles are invested in community and governmental oversight so based upon this where is Social Activism stationed within Stoic philosophy? (indeed a very complex question). Perhaps...if you are able to uncover the inner workings of Stoic principles on this matter, it would make great content.

Die before you die. In those moments before death you accept this moment as it is. You let go of attachments and are free. Find that peace now.
