All or nothing metal roof, no ugly bump out outside bedroom one window. All of it is too busy. And, l think people can find the pantry without the big sign on the door. Otherwise, very nicely done.

I like it very much, apart from a few little things that you can easily change. I think I've already asked once, would it be possible to specify the plan additional in square meters? It's a lousy conversion from square feet to square meters, and for a European the proportions would be much easier to understand.

Almost perfect i would close off outdoor living space so it would be conducive to all seasons. And 86 the tub!

I could spend the summer there! I'd remove the brick monstrosity over the kitchen stove and add some wall cabinets, and I'd add a clothes dryer and a more practical sink in the laundry room. But those are petty details. Overall, it's a functional plan!

I don't understand the American obsession with living in the kitchen. The cooking space should be separate from the living space, unless you want everything to smell like food all the time.

@@eddgar-ce3md Open concept doesn't appeal to everyone, and having the dirty dishes in full view when you step in the front door doesn't make a good impression to visitors. Some separation and a good extractor fan helps to control cooking odors, though most cooking odors are pleasant ones!
