The kitchen has to be relayed out. The refrigerator in the middle of the counter is just not working. Put it to the left of the sink, move the dishwasher to the right where you had the refrigerator and put in a gas oven where you have ONLY a cooktop. Other than that, this is an absolutely GORGEOUS house. Love the windows, the design, and the way you have it set up.

I like it. The kitchen /dining area needs tweaking, but the flow and the look is great. Toilet at the front is brilliant for guests to use, so they don't have to use your private one.

The design is where you would usually see anywhere in Texas. This is how they make the ground floor spacious.

I have some style problems here, like the stonework at the cooktop, the seating for dining and the master bathtub type. There is no oven, and the place needs a pantry and a laundry room. I do like the provision for access to a basement.

A dude created this. A man needs to have female input. There is no oven. I don't know many women that only use a cook top. Obviously, with the kitchen cabinets, this person does not expect to cook much as there's not enough for pots/pans. I would remove the front bathroom and put that as a hall closet, remove the fixed 'table' and make that area a small nook. Love the bedrooms. However, didn't notice a closet area for the top bedroom.

Miss mish. Everyone has different needs therefore have different ideas/wants. Plus 99% prevent of the viewers aren't going to buy it so it's easy to criticize.

This house is very nice, but there's no oven in the kitchen.

The entry into the living room is too cramped and narrow and the bulky fireplace sticking out, adds to the problem. Looks like W & D are in the master bedroom? The banked seating for eat in kitchen looks super uncomfortable with the dining 'island' being too far from the sitting area. Would be better to put a table there and do away with that island. As for the Outside, the curb appeal is Wonderful!

I think I like this home. Some nice features. I don’t think the blueprint at the end matches the layout in the video.

If there is a shower cabin in the bathroom, you don't need an additional shower function in the bathtub. That's crazy

I would lose that peninsula in the kitchen and put a wall oven and microwave there. Ditch the table in the living area to create more space there and lose that dining setup in the kitchen and put an appropriate sized island more in the kitchen there and just have a round dining set in the bay space and lose the built in benches. Why is there a need for two showers in either bathroom? Especially those space age looking round things that only a toddler could fit in. I would ditch the tubs and have walk in showers. Believe me when you are older you don’t want to be “climbing “ in and out of those behemoth tubs. What is the square footage of this model? And there does need to be a laundry that can handle a side by side washer and dryer. Never have cared for stackable. They are not for short people. I am impressed with the half bath at the entrance. Well done on that. All in all not a bad little plan.

@@miss_mish I’m entitled to my opinion even if it doesn’t match up with yours. If the architect is indeed a professional, he/she will take these comments as constructive criticism and improve the product. Not everyone will like the same floor plan. Being different is what makes the world go round but you can be a minion if you choose to do so. I will not.

A very nice house in the main part, but you REALLY need to take cooking lessons so uou learn how a kitchen functions. The layout is particularly poor.

No oven in kitchen and no laundry room.

Need oven, laundry and upstairs bedroom looks low on one side for someone who is tall.

Really beautiful home. I dislike the negative comments. If they want to make changes to their version of this house, so be it, but no need to attack the designer. Just keep your negative comments to yourself.

The kitchen nook is a waste of space. Shift the cooking area over. When you're playing with knives you should have as much light as possible. Utilize the other halve for a pantry, and for goodness sake, allow enough room for a full size refrigerator. As a 'serious' cook, I wouldn't even consider it, as is. Get a 'real' cook to help you design it.
