Needs a carport on the side connected to the house.

Very nice. The only thing I would change is to ditch the tub in the master bath and make a larger shower and a linen closet.

This house is as good as it gets. Great design, natural traffic flow. Fantastic layout. Wonderful use of space in a small footprint. Sophisticated style. Can't say enough good things about this one. Wow. Well done.

Other than opening up the foyer more, it's pretty much perfect!! There's a lot of yummy stuff in this small-ish house.

Kitchen could use more upper cabinets and where the plant is sitting on the floor beside the refrigerator that could have a cabinet built as tall as the refrigerator area for additional space

I'd add cabinets next to the fridge and countertop space, cabinets and drawer under it, extend the cabinets to the end up of the bar, place shelving under the cabinets in the utility room, more shelving in the half bath, more shelving in the masterbath, full bath instead of a 3/4 bath in the upstairs hallway.

This home design is fantastic. I love the layout with the pantry off the kitchen and laundry off the porch and across from the bedroom. It is just perfect in so many ways. I like the front entryway and the way the stairs are situated. The flow is beautiful.

This house isn't small; it's quite spacious. The only change in the plan might be to swap the powder room and the shower in the downstairs bathroom to give a little more privacy to guests, and I might want to fudge two more feet in the front entryway for a coat closet. I like the two front-facing nooks upstairs, maybe to use for a desk or a quiet reading space. Otherwise, this plan seems to provide comfortable and convenient living, one of the best in this series.

I say swap the powder and laundry rooms. With the laundry room where the powder room was, the master bed/bath can have a direct access point by getting rid of the shower and just doing a simple tub/shower combo unit instead.

For me, Master bedroom, powder room, closet in downstairs will change to 2 bedroom with toilet in the centre. Upstairs will be master bedroom and office space. Its like privacy for the owner.. In the Kitchen at least have small island table for prepping meals... Overall the layout fantastic

This is the closest to perfect 3 bed plan I've seen recently. I really like the separation of the living room from the kitchen and dining area. The archways add a lot of character. The only change I would make is to put a real laundry sink in with the washer and dryer. You've got to have something big enough to rinse out or soak items. A stowaway folding board would also be nice. Good job overall.

This Home By Far Has The Best Floor Plan and Lay Out I Have Ever Seen. I Love This Home. Inside and Out!! So Much Character and Those Arched Doorways Are Great. I Would Buy This Just As Is.

This is one of the best ones i have seen. love the fireplace, and the only thing i would change would be to have a medicine cabinet instead of just mirrors above the bathroom sinks. more storage that way. lovely!!! maybe a little larger stoop on the fireplace base to have a bucket for spare wood for the fire. perhaps larger { taller higher} storage nooks where the nooks are now, and not as deep windows for storage of extra blankets, pillows etc.

You should provide the floor layout too. Btw nice design and clap for space planning 🎉❤❤❤

You really nailed it with this one. Out of a base of 10m x 10m = 100m2, this is the best usage of a double floor house I have seen so far over hundreds of videos. Because, for a change, the attic is used for maximum, comfortable space and utility. All in all, the house distinguishes itself by top "classical" style inside and outside, while keeping it simple. Bravo.

This house design is gorgeous. Is there a floor plan?

Beautiful home design makes this layout so functional and spacious. My personal preference changes would be to replace the master tub with a larger shower. Also, a private toilet closet in the master bath whenever space permits in these designs. I would add to the upstairs to have a triple window dormer for more space setup as a small work office area.

My two cents is that 1. The entry could be a few feet deeper and be open to both the dining and living areas by also doing away with the hallway behind the wall and therefore allowing for a larger pantry or an additional closet; 2. The master bath is rather cluttered: its small footprint really doesn’t allow for both a tub and a shower… let alone a corner tub. If having both is a must, put the powder room in the new room created behind the entry and just have a much larger space for the master. Other than that, this is a nice and fairly well executed design with good use of space that’s not often represented on similar channels. Bueno.

Could utilize kitchen and laundry space better. It's great it has usable sized front and back porches.

Very nice home; appreciate the spacious closets in the upstairs bedrooms. Only change I might make is remove the tub from the master's suite.

I find it very 'little house on the prairie' like but it has all you need. Very good.

Love the outside colors on the house. I get more of a cottage feel for this house and feel that the bathrooms are too modern, and not a fan of a garden tub either. I liked that the kitchen wasn't open to the living room. Didn't care for the archways too.
