Grizzly looks a lot stronger in his seated curls than Denis (although he is doing them differently) but Denis is an arm wrestling legend and former strict curl record holder.

@@travinha789 com certeza os atletas desse vídeo são os mais fortes do mundo, mas as roscas na barra W que eles realizam são "roubadas" demais, a que você citou do Dennis não teve nenhum movimento de flexão do braço, praticamente jogou as costas para frente e para trás. O Ramon tem o ante braço gigante conseguiu fazer rosca martelo com 55 kg quase sem roubar e depois com 63 kg roubando pouco. Acho que ninguém consegue, ou conseguiu fazer esse exercício com essa carga do jeito que ele fez.

The first

I would take the Magnus Samuelson curls out because there is no way to tell what he is actually curling. I would take out the Kevin Levrone ones too. Those don't look anything like 100s. In place, I would have Vitaly doing the seated curls with 287 and Irakli doing the 242 strict curl in practice at 220 bodyweight. There's also a guy who allegedly did a 260 strict curl in practice. It was one of the craziest things I saw. He's not even famous either.
