All arm wrestlers do that, but they only do it when the match goes to their side of the table, meaning when they are winning, and hence you see only Liliev doing it since he is always winning in these matches.

Not bad considering I had 26 1/2 inch biceps, since I quit building I still maintain 22 inch guns. Not bad for a guy reaching 60 years.

Man Arsen really has like a middleweigth frame, but super heavyweight arms. Small waist so he could perform in lower weight classes, but big muscles in all the right places to compete with the biggest monsters. Pound for pound one of the best in the world. Looking forward for him to return. It's gonna be awesome!
